Kinney Brothers quickly cleared my back yard, front yard, and side yard of three months' growth of weeds, and they cleaned up and hauled away the tremendous piles of cuttings. My only word of caution is that their services don't come cheap, so be prepared to budget for prices in the mid-range.

I became tired of the drought tolerant plants in our front yard because after several years, the plants started to get huge/unkempt and required more maintenance than I anticipated. I decided to change to a succulent design as a DIY project, removing most of the existing plants and replacing them with succulents. The results were OK, but unspectacular, and I still needed someone to tweak/replace the drip irrigation system. My existing gardener seemed to be too busy/unavailable to handle my “extra” request. I also came to realize that I wanted help with a simple landscape design so that the front yard looked more “put together”.

Fortunately, I ran across this company’s Facebook page and the offer for a free estimate. Sam came out the very next morning and I immediately felt comfortable with his approach. He listened carefully and patiently to my “wishlist” and came up with a design that incorporated everything I asked for. He provided me with a detailed estimate on the spot, I agreed, and he and his brother Jet started working that afternoon.

Truth be told, it cost more than I was initially hoping to pay, but after I observed how they approach their work, I realized that I received a very good value for my money. Sam and Jet have an incredible work ethic. Every step of the way, they took the time to do a QUALITY job, and Sam was happy to stop and answer my questions and communicate on their progress. They may be young, but the years they spent working for their father and uncle reflect wisdom, experience, and INTEGRITY beyond their years.

I can’t imagine having chosen a more ideal company to handle my project. Sam and Jet are so easy to work with, they are hard working, trust worthy, polite, plus they cleaned up nicely each night before they left. I love that they took such care and pride in their work, and that I’m the lucky recipient!

After calling around a bit I was referred to Sam and his crew and had a excellent experience. I had requested Sam's team to help clean up a family relative's yard since they were not able to do that anymore. Though I lived quite far, Sam stayed in communication and sent video updates on how things were progressing. Overall the quality of work was great and there was a lot to cleanup! In addition Sam's fees were reasonable and he documents all the work that will be done. Will call Sam again the next time I need a yard cleanup.

I accidentally met the Kinney brothers when they were working on my neighbors landscape. They were obviously quite hard-working and personable, and I asked them to take a look at my makeshift narrow strip of landscape at Laguna Woods. We explored together, looking at every plant and planning its future. The result was a complete transformation. They did a fabulous job and I am thrilled. I’m already thinking of more work that I can pass on to them and obviously I highly recommend them.

Greg and his crew did a super job with our front yard. They added river rock, plants and pavers to make a walkway. He was very professional and his crew were great!

My experience with Greg and OC Landscaping and Hauling was excellent. I initially called and left a message regarding an issue with my yard—my fence backs up to a city slope, and over time it had been losing ground, causing my river rocks to fall through.
Greg returned my call the very next day and quickly scheduled a time to come out and provide a free estimate. He was extremely thorough in explaining the situation and walked me through several possible solutions. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t push one option—he took the time to understand my budget and offered different approaches that would work within it.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely focused on helping you make the best decision for your situation.

They did an absolutely great job on a huge yard and hill clean up. All my issues were addressed. They worked very efficiently and effectively. I would definitely use them again

This is just meant to provide PSA: For anyone who may be representing a property or work as a property manager please be advised this landscaper works only exclusively with the direct property owners. I could not get an answer as to why specifically but they were very polite in communicating that. I cannot vouche for their work but I also do not wish for this to be in any way a detraction from it. Just a friendly message to anyone working for a property owner or representing a property.

The first time OC Landscaping and Hauling did work for me was about 25 years ago and the most recent time was this past January. For a few years, I had work done by a referral from this company. I’ve always been satisfied with the work and with the workers and would recommend them highly.

I used OC Landscaping and Hauling to replace sprinklers and plant a white clover lawn. Although the own had never planted a clover lawn he reaearched prior to planting. I was informed wvery step of the way. Each day work was effiecent and at the end of each day then workers left my yard. spotless. I would higjly recommend OC Landscaping and Hauling for landscaping and gardening projects. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I had a great experience with Greg at OC Landscaping and Hauling. Greg’s crew demolished a fountain, replaced my grass with AG, added drainage etc. Everything was done on time and professionally. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend OC Landscaping and Hauling.

I realize I should list some of what they've done for me... rose pruning, hedge and tree trimming, weeding and they haul away the trimmings. Therefore they leave your yard beautiful and spotless

What a great company! We highly recommend Greg and his team for any lawn care design, maintenance, or clean up. Greg answered the phone right away when I called to inquire about his services and he showed up promptly when scheduled. Greg recommended plants for our garden but also took the time to understand the look we were wanting to achieve. Greg and his team were efficient, professional, and neat and tidy.
You can tell them love what they do because they were as excited as we were with the results. Our yard looked beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The price was surprisingly reasonable too!
