Very honest and reasonable Electrician. Went above and beyond to do the electrical in our room. He took his time and used a laser to make sure it was aligned perfect. I surprise my wife when she got back from Disneyland. She was very happy. we no longer had dark spots in our room. We only had two lights in the room, which were not bright at all. He added two lights And replace the other two lights. He made sure to clean up all the insulation in the room That dropped from all the old can lights. Thanks again Giovanni for all your hard work.

He managed everything, including obtaining the city permit, coordinating pre- and post-inspections, and working closely with PG&E to ensure a smooth power transition on-site.

What really impressed me was Giovanni’s proactive approach. He identified a potential issue with a faulty neutral wire connection at the main PG&E connection affecting our panel and power supply to the house. He took the initiative to communicate this to both the customer and PG&E, diligently following up until the assessment and replacement of the neutral wire were resolved.

Giovanni was present on-site to ensure that PG&E addressed the neutral issue properly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the benefits of upgrading my panel for improved safety and efficiency.

It's almost humorous to me that a business that does what they promise gets a good review. In my mind I think that a business that can follow through with what they promise is a normal business practice but in all of my dealings, very few businesses actually follow through with all of their promises.

I reached out to them for a quote and was replied to in a timely manner. The correspondence was very efficient. He asked for a clarification of details including my location and what I needed. He replied with a date and time window of when to expect the service, a reasonable and realistic quote of what to expect and confirmation of appointment.
The day before the appointment he followed up to confirm the appointment and location.
Come day of the appointment he was on time and got right to work. Quickly assessed what was needed and efficiently got it done.

I was put in contact with Altamont Electric through Home Depot's recommended contractors program. He is also registered with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. He is highly reputable, a conscience, reliable and talented electrician. He does good work and shows up when expected. He just did a fairly big project taking power to a shed and gazebo for a good price.

Installed my outdoor fan at my lounge, came over to troubleshoot the breakers for my waterfall and shed. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I am more than happy and impressed with the work. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for any installation and electrical work. Can't wait for the next project!!

Made an appointment for 9-10 am a week ahead; at 11.10 still nobody showed up so I called and the answer was “ let me check with the technician, he should have been there”. I canceled the appointment, because I should have been notified if there would be a delay. I”ll find someone else to do the job.

These guys fitted me in on short notice even though they were busy. Arrived right on time at a reasonable price. Will Definetly use them again as needed. John was great.

Professional Crew. I needed a cable TV line run through my house and the installation of a new ceiling fan. They sent two technicians, they arrived in company shirts, did the work efficiently and quickly and without leaving any mess. I recommend them and will use them again in our new house.
