I hired them to clean my friends home. I do not live in Modesto. However, he was so accommodating and had someone out that same day. My friends said they did an outstanding job!

Harsh from the agency is not professional and did not communicate clearly to the cleaner what needs to be cleaned and was rude on the call to us and also to the cleaner when we called back asking for inside of kitchen appliances to be cleaned when we explicitly agreed upon items that require cleaning beforehand. Cleaner Lisa C was courteous and agreed to clean the surfaces and inside appliances even when the agency person was arguing with us. BE CAUTIOUS of booking through this agency!

But Harry met me personally and assured that he would personally take care of the job, unlike others. We were moving to our new residence and needed help with a cleaning before we moved in. We still had so much to pack. I was calling around for quotes. Harry was the only one of the five places I searchedthat actually called me back (because he was on another call). For that reason I decided to try Sparkling Touch Cleaning services. We were able to book a time on the day I needed. Lisa came early and was ready to start. I was thoroughly satisfied with her quality of work. I wish i had taken before and after shots. I am definitely telling everyone about Sparkling Touch!!

Needed a cleaning done on short notice. Called Harry to get a quote. Set up a same day appointment for bathroom and kitchen. Lorena, the cleaning person was very personable and professional. Did a great job on both rooms. Will be using them for future cleanings and will refer to friends as well. Lorena went above and beyond agreeing to do this job after her regular shift was over. Great experience with the his cleaning service.

I’m handicap and I stated to the rep. I also said that I on a fix budget and could not afford the $400 deep cleaning services. They agreed to $300 because of my disability! They asked me to take photos of my home. Which I did, & I made sure that they were through pictures of my environment. They tried to extort me for more money, when they arrived. I couldn’t give what I don’t have! So we got passed that. I was under the impression that I was going to get a deep cleaning done! But to my chagrin unfortunately it didn’t happen. The woman who cleaned up did an okay job! And I really appreciate it, but it wasn’t what I expected!

They did an awesome job! They sent out Lisa C for my move out, and everything looked much better after her cleaning for sure! She was well worth the money I spent for the service!
