People at auto center work very slow, take more than hour just to repair flat tire, over 2 hours for oil change even if you're 1st in line.

I bit off more than I could chew with my backyard project and was on a time crunch before an event we were hosting. Jason and his crew came and saved the day. We contacted Traina Thought Landscape after having our pool installed. We met with three other companies as well and are so glad we went with TTL. Jason came out and listened to what we thought we wanted. He took our ideas, added to them, and gave us several options that were all better than what we came up with on our own. We chose to have them do the installation as well. They broke up the quote into three phases so that we could complete our project in phases as funding was available. We ended up doing phase one in 2022 and phases two and three in 2023. Our yard is a now wonderful oasis where we can relax. We now have a safe side yard for our fur babies. We also added a brick walkway in the front so that my mom can easily access the house. The front and back yards have the natural feel that we wanted while being very low maintenance. Jason and Kellen were so easy to work with and their team is amazing. Everyone was always super polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We definitely recommend Traina Thought Landscape.

This is our second landscape project working with Traina Thought Landscapes, a project to replace our crumbling front porch and steps and to install a low maintenance surface to our back deck. We returned to them because we were so pleased with the outcome of the first project, a redesign of our backyard. In both projects, the plan addressed our needs very well, the contract was clear and followed, the work was done by an experienced team, there was clear ongoing communication at all phases (when weather and supply chain issues slowed some progress), when we had questions or gave feedback our concerns were addressed quickly, and the work was done to our satisfaction.

An outstanding experience! The Traina Thought team worked with us from day one, listening to our wants and needs, taking into consideration everything from landscaping features to low water use plants to color elements. We were presented with choices regarding materials and options (lighting, types of border edging, irrigation system upgrades, etc.) so we could tailor the final design to our budget and aesthetic goals. They accompanied us to the landscape supply yard to hand-pick the various colors of boulders and pavers and ground cover rock. We approved the plan with confidence that it would be satisfactory.

The actual implementation was impressive! Their expert team of landscapers showed up on time, gave us detailed descriptions of the work they'd be doing, and met all of our concerns and suggestions with enthusiasm. It was very easy to discuss their plans and progress with them and they were always great about listening and explaining. Every day ended with a thorough cleanup, so even though the project was in progress, the property looked neat and tidy.

While planning this project we looked at A LOT of landscaping photos posted online; we saw a lot of work that looked haphazard or artificial. What we ended up with is a textbook example of naturalistic landscaping. It just looks... right. The curves in the dry creek's path, the placement of everything from small rocks to sizeable boulders, every little detail adds up. It isn't easy to create something that looks like it's a work of nature that's taken shape over the eons; even so, that's what we got. The Traina Thought team's experience and artistic talent really shows in their work, and we couldn't be more pleased.

In every step, from beginning to end, we experienced clear communication, a wide variety of choices, and artful completion of the work. I’m always a little skeptical allowing a landscaping business do my yard work because of how particular I am about my yard. I typically do it myself because nobody has been able to compare to what I do. My schedule has changed so I was forced to try a service once more and I’m so happy I chose this company. Anthony Campos really changed my mind on allowing a landscaper to help me out. He paid attention to detail, listened to my wants and needs and showed up and showed out way better than expected.
