Rafael and Loreto did a great job. We hired them to clear out roots from our old cast iron pipes. We called, they offered to stop by for free a have a look for a free. A couple hours later they arrived on time and quoted us a fair price for clearing the blockage. We agreed and they got the job done. They were thorough, running their machines several times to ensure all the roots were cleared and then ran the scopes again show us everything was cleared. They were friendly, worked cleaned and were not rushing. They also gave us options for potential more permanent repairs in the future. It was pleasure working with them.

Rich was very skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. He got things done quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly after he unclogged the line. I’ve used them before and will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues!

Great experience working with Roto- Rooter. Everything from scheduling the visit, to the technician coming out to diagnose the leak was an easy and seamless process. Rich was a pleasure to work with and was extremely thorough and efficient. We had multiple plumbers come out before Rich from other companies that were not able to root cause the issue, but Rich was able to diagnose it in under an hour.
