Horrible customer service!!! Simpson plumbing came out to my house which had a plumbing issue, they had already pretty much knew would need the pipes replaced. Came to the house, charged for the call (that they knew they would not be able to fix) then preceded to say we don’t have time to fix this, here is another plumber you can call! If they knew they couldn’t do it then why even come out! Yes, they knew since the service guy who came out said with the age of the house his boss had already figured what was wrong. A simple phone call to cancel the appointment and say we can not accommodate the old pipe issue

The gentleman arrived in the given time frame, which is always a plus, and everything just kept getting better. He was honest with his diagnosis and expected timeframe to resolve. He also explained everything in a manner I could understand- which I greatly appreciated. I used another service about 45 days ago for the same issue. After today I wouldn’t use anyone but Simpson Plumbing- great customer service and knowledgeable plumbers! So thankful a friend recommended them to me- so I am returning the favor to the next person!

2022 I need to replace my water heater. I found them on google and read the reviews. They are very professional and nice. Best decision. Fast forward to 2024, my main water riser was leaking. I call them and they took care of it. Every staff members is so nice and helpful. The only plumber company I will do business with.
