Reviews of local pros in Tracy, California

JP was very professional and his team was very polite. They did a great job and we are very happy with our Queens. They are looking great again. A huge thanks to JP and team, Cheers!

Hands down the best palm tree trimming service I have received. JP palms did an excellent job on my tall queen palms. What I especially liked was that the trimmer climbed each tree and trimmed the palms. First, he ensured that the trimmings and branches did not fall on either our house or fence and his delicate trimming looks like a work of art, seriously. I had previously used another service and was so glad I tried JP Palms Trimming. Also, both JP and Ozzie were very friendly and polite and communication was excellent from first estimate to the completion of the job. Lastly, the price is highly competitive. The trimmed palms have never looked so good and I am happy to give a recommendation for JP Palms Trimmming, you wont be disappointed.

If you suffer from a type A personality like I do, and have to do extensive research before having anyone work on your home, then look no further. These folks are extremely responsive, do top quality work and leave you nothing less than satisfied with their quality of work.

I’ve attached the before and after pictures of our trees. The after pics don’t do justice on how well they came out. The before pics don’t show how badly they needed to be trimmed either!

JP is friendly, and very easy to talk to and work with! Took care of the job quickly and at a very fair and affordable price.

JP and his team did a great job trimming our 3 30ft queen palms. They look absolutely beautiful and clean. JP is very knowledgeable about tropical plants and I can tell he's very passionate about his work. We had a great experience and would definitely call on him again for the next trimming.

Definitely found the pros in palm trimming. JP was very professional and informative. Will definitely contact next time trimming is needed. Highly recommended!

OMG, they did an amazing job with my canary palm. this palm had not be trimmed in a long time. It looks so beautiful now! They do protect your other plants. they clean up very well and took care of my neighbors property as well. Here are the before and after photos!

"JP's palm trimming service is truly exceptional! I recently hired them to trim the palm trees in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Their team was not only punctual and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about palm care. They took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and the attention to detail in their work was evident from the moment they started. Not only did they expertly trim my palm trees, but they also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving my backyard looking better than ever. I was impressed by their efficiency and dedication to delivering top-notch service. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled palm trimming service, look no further than JP's. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert palm care. Five stars without a doubt!"

Awesome! We've used JP Palms a couple of times so far and we'll use them again! Very professional, quality work, and thorough cleanup. Trees turned out great!

JP is the man. My palm tree is now too tall for me to trim on my own, and after the recent storms it was in need of some attention. Sent a message requesting service and JP came the following day. He works fast; trimming and clean up all in about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased with the result. He's even got his own signature "JP Palms Cut".

JP trimmed several of our trees and his guys messed up, cutting too far into the core of a canary palm. JP promised to maintain it for free moving forward but has now ghosted me. Charges super high prices but has no integrity after he has your money. I can deal with a mistake but not with lack of integrity. Find someone better.

Thank you JP and crew,
JP and his crew were knowledgeable, courteous, and their prices were reasonable. We will definitely call them back. Their work is amazing. It was worth every penny.

We have used JP Palms several times and they never disappoint.
We have 13 beautiful palms for them to beautify and they always leave the property cleaner then it was.
ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL!!!!
ALWAYS ONTIME!!!!
We have recommended JP Palms to all our friends.

We've had JP maintain our 40 ft canary island date for 2 years and the owner, John, really knows his stuff. You can tell he's passionate about palm tree care. Customer service is top notch, and they'll go above and beyond to meet your expectations. Prompt service and fair prices too!

Our palms were in bad shape. We couldn’t even see the fence before and our roof and chimney were getting hit by the fronds. JP was awesome. He showed up on time, was very communicative about the plan, made sure to be careful around our other plants, and cleaned up afterward. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!!

Team was courteous and professional. Best Palm Tree Trimming that I have come across in long time. My Queens never looked so good. I have added before and after photos. Huge Thank You to JP and his Team!

Thank You!!

JP offers the best service in the 209! His crew came by and worked efficiently to trim 4 of our palm trees and removed the debris. They even shaved a sagos palm down to show us what it would look like if we had all the surrounding sagos palms done. We’ll definitely be calling them back for regular maintenance, which is about every 6 months.

Not only JP's Palms Trimming is very Profesional. They take pride in there work and detail. My palms were over grown and dirty. When they finished. Not only they were trimmed. They also look washes and polished. Amazing. I give them tens tens across the board. Good job guys. Before and after.

JP is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgable. He and his team did an excellent job with our palms. They were quick and efficient, as well as clean and respectful to our property. JP took the time to explain to me about the different varieties of palms that we have and when to have them serviced. I will definitely have JP's team back for our next trimming and I highly recommend him.

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by J P Palms. Their crew's expertise in trimming the three palm trees in my front yard was nothing short of remarkable. Words fail to capture how thoroughly impressed I am with their work – it truly exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment they arrived, precisely on time, I knew I was in the hands of consummate professionals. Their efficiency and skill were immediately apparent as they expertly trimmed each tree with surgical precision. What struck me most was their meticulous attention to detail, transforming my palms into living sculptures that now enhance the entire aesthetic of my property.

The level of care they showed for my trees and surrounding landscape was exemplary. Not a single leaf or branch was left behind – their clean-up was so thorough, you'd never know they'd been there if it weren't for the stunning results.

What's truly astonishing is that this world-class service comes at an unbeatable price point. J P Palms offers a rare combination of premium quality work at rates that put their competitors to shame. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and the health of trees over profit margins.

To call the J P Palms crew mere tree trimmers would be a gross understatement. These individuals are true artisans, possessing an innate understanding of arboriculture and an eye for aesthetics that transforms routine tree maintenance into an art form. They don't just cut branches; they sculpt living masterpieces that enhance the natural beauty of your property.

I cannot recommend J P Palms strongly enough. Whether you have a single tree or an entire estate, trust no one else with your arboreal needs. They have earned my unwavering loyalty as a customer, and I am confident they will exceed your expectations as well. Don't settle for average – experience the J P Palms difference and witness firsthand how they elevate tree care to an art form. Your trees – and your property value – will thank you."
