Since this is my rental property and I do not live there, initially I was worried whether these internet-based cleaning service would work. But Harry met me personally and assured that he would personally take care of the job, unlike others. As promised, he not only got the job done with utmost care, but also kept sending me updates periodically. I would love to do business with this company in future and refer to my other friends.

We were moving to our new residence and needed help with a cleaning before we moved in. We still had so much to pack. I was calling around for quotes. Harry was the only one of the five places I searchedthat actually called me back (because he was on another call). For that reason I decided to try Sparkling Touch Cleaning services. We were able to book a time on the day I needed. Lisa came early and was ready to start. I was thoroughly satisfied with her quality of work. I wish i had taken before and after shots. I am definitely telling everyone about Sparkling Touch!!

Lisa is terrific. I was ecstatic to see how wonderful my home can look again. I have been ill and unable to clean as I use to. Lisa not only made sure she took care of details to brighten my home. She put a smile on my face and a sigh of relief to my soul. I am using this service monthly.

Needed a cleaning done on short notice. Called Harry to get a quote. Set up a same day appointment for bathroom and kitchen. Lorena, the cleaning person was very personable and professional. Did a great job on both rooms. Will be using them for future cleanings and will refer to friends as well. Lorena went above and beyond agreeing to do this job after her regular shift was over. Great experience with the his cleaning service.

I’m handicap and I stated to the rep. I also said that I on a fix budget and could not afford the $400 deep cleaning services. They agreed to $300 because of my disability! They asked me to take photos of my home. Which I did, & I made sure that they were through pictures of my environment. They tried to extort me for more money, when they arrived. I couldn’t give what I don’t have! So we got passed that. I was under the impression that I was going to get a deep cleaning done! But to my chagrin unfortunately it didn’t happen. The woman who cleaned up did an okay job! And I really appreciate it, but it wasn’t what I expected!

They did an awesome job! They sent out Lisa C for my move out, and everything looked much better after her cleaning for sure! She was well worth the money I spent for the service!

Above and beyond! I couldn’t be happier with her clean! I scheduled weekly recurring cleans I was so pleased with the service. Highly recommend! This is a fantastic company to use. Quick affordable and the two ladies they sent out today were absolutely amazing. I've been going through a rough patch and I'm currently disabled in these ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They are awesome and I would recommend this company to anybody if I can give him more than five stars I would this company rocks.

Great service! They were able to send a cleaner to our place an hour after we called on a Saturday, and the lady came in even earlier. Cleaned everything beyond expectations. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Horrible. Asked for a “deep clean.” They finished in 2 hours on a two story house and it was still dirty and dusty. The toilet was dirty. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible service if I could give this company 0 stars I needed my house cleaned last min because my regular cleaners were booked and I wanted my house cleaned before my landlord did my walk through. Requested a basic clean 450$ they wanted to charge me an additional 50$ for travel. They came late to my house for starters. 2 people cleaned my house in 2 hours. I have a 2 story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house they left my house still dirty. When I got home to see my house I informed the owner my house is still dirty and provided photos. She said she had no one available to come today. I requested half the amount I paid she offered me 50$. I would have rather paid my dog 450$ to lick the floor than have them clean my house again. Horrible service terrible customer service by owner.
