Chad knows his way around a boiler/indirect hot water tank/hydronic system! Got my high efficiency Buderus boiler running like a champ again after a year of increasingly frequent faults.

No surprise they have a 100+ reviews and a 4.9 average. This was about as ideal of a service call as you can get.

Showed up on time, fixed the issue in less than 2 hours, and everything was coordinated remotely.

Had annual furnace maintenance/inspection done in Truckee. Arrived on-time, thorough inspection, answered questions. Will continue to use them.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Their technicians have now assisted us after hours. They always answer the phone and we’re very prompt to arrive. They’ve solved a leaky pipe and dead furnace blower for us. Great people and company. Highly recommend.

InMotion was by far the most thorough and professional out of the 5 plumbers I had look at the problem. They were super nice as well, very happy with their work.

Very knowledgeable with the hydronic baseboard heating system. Found the issue we were having quickly and replaced the part needed. Also willing to teach us about the system and what else we can do to maintain it and fix minor issues ourselves. Two thumbs up!!👍👍

Managing over 175 million dollars in lakeside estates In Motion heating is intrical to maintaining, upgrading and installing anything hydronic or HVAC related on our properties. The owners compensate their employees well and it shows in their level of service and results delivered. Taking In Motion's professional opinion has saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years. If you can become an In Motion client consider yourself lucky and well taken care of in the hydronic and HVAC department.

Very professional, great communication, and responds quickly. They are one of the few local service people that are familiar with hydronic heating systems. Not inexpensive but will use again next time.

Tyler arrived on time, evaluated the problem, had the parts on hand and completed the repair. The Hydronic system was tested and working. I’ve used them in the past,Tyler and InMotion are very knowledgeable on Hydronics

Oscar was great, managed to come one day ahead of time due to finishing another job early, assisted trouble-shooting my old diesel furnace, installed a smart thermostat, friendly and helpful

We had an old furnace and a non working hydronic system. InMotion sent out the first HVAC/Furnace person, Juan, to replace it, clean up old duct work and add a new vent. He was on time, COVID compliant and efficient. Next, Chad came by to look and the Hydronic system and did what he could (its over 30 years old) but to no avail, for now. After I spoke my home warranty company, Nicole at InMotion is trying her best to help me navigate that administrative nightmare to get the system up and running or replaced. They have all been amazing.

We have now used in-motion for our geothermal hydronic heating system and been quite satisfied. They are professional, on time and know what they are doing and are just great people to work with.

Team at InMotion did a great job. We were in a pinch with the heat out and a house full of people and temps in the 20's. They fit me in the schedule and worked late to get our heat back on for the holidays!

Chad has a thorough understanding of our heating (radiant floor) system - something seemingly RARE in the industry, in our locale. He was able to discuss & explain the issues & causes of the problems we were experiencing without, first having to “muddle through”, tinker & attempt to troubleshoot (for hours) before surmising what “might” be causing problems!
It was our first-time meeting with “InMotion”, but will not be the last! Pricey, but will save us much angst, time and trouble going forward! Finally knowledgeable and experienced technician(s)!

The InMotion staff were very professional. During the initial visit, Chad walked me through our options for a new heat-pump HVAC system. His prompt response to my followup questions by email and phone resulted in a design tailored to our needs.
Juan Rivera, who did the installation and made sure that the control system worked properly, was a pleasure to work with. After verifying that all of the units were connected to the my Kumo Cloud App, Juan took time to make sure that I understood how the system worked.
The Mitsubishi units are both quiet and efficient. Having in-room control units to adjust the temperature in each room separately is very useful. Having the Kumo Cloud App on my phone, allows me to turn up the temperature, while driving up to Olympic Valley, so that our condo is toasty warm when we arrive. Also, if someone forgets to turn the temperature down after leaving, I can make the adjustment remotely.

Juan was quite nice. He diagnosed another problem and communicated the issue by text and not face to face. Also was going to charge for 2 hours of work until asked to delineate services and then only 1 hour was charged

Tim did the problem diagnosis and service for my home’s hydronics system. He was very patient with questions I had and proved to be a great debugger of the problems I was having. I would recommend him very highly for his great work and completeness.

Chad is very professional and reliable, I was having issues with my heater in the middle of winter, he came out and fixed them the same day. I highly recommend giving him a call if you are having heating or plumbing problems.

So appreciated the communication and quick response. We don’t live in the area of our second home and it was critical that the service get done due to freezing temperatures. They worked with us, and the building inspector to get the problem resolved. Then made sure the broiler what in top running condition. Will use them for all of our plumbing needs.
