I wanted to express my gratitude for the speedy and courteous service provided by your company regarding our water heater replacement. The technician was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Before I knew it, we were back up and running with hot water, and everyone's mood had lifted. This whole ordeal started when my son mentioned he'd run out of hot water. I thought he just used it up, but as I washed my hands that day, I realized the old heater was on its last legs – it had been replaced by your company 13 years ago.
