Suren gets 5 stars for going above and beyond making his customer happy. Our washing machine was noisy and loud. Suren was very knowledgeable about the situation and ordered part immediately. Replacement part and repair were delivered on time as promised. He makes my old washing machine work like it was brand new again. This is a good technician, stands by his service.

When our fairly new refrigerator/freezer stopped working late one evening, I contacted "The Geeks" the next morning and the technician (Suren) stopped by that afternoon and quickly diagnosed a faulty compressor. He returned the next afternoon and did the replacement at a reasonable cost. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The next day my wife noticed a very high pitched noise coming from the new compressor that was driving her crazy. I couldn't hear the noise (I'm old and hard of hearing) but my daughter and granddaughter could hear it. I contacted Suren and even though he could not hear the noise himself, he believed my wife that there was a problem and within days (as soon as he received the part) replaced the faulty compressor without any questions or grumbling. I would give them six stars if I could.

Called Appliance Repair Geeks to repair my refrigerator on Tuesday afternoon. I setup an appointment for the next morning between 9 and 11am. The technician showed up at about 9:40am and repaired my refrigerator in about 40 mins. A great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
