Suren gets 5 stars for going above and beyond making his customer happy. Our washing machine was noisy and loud. Suren was very knowledgeable about the situation and ordered part immediately. Replacement part and repair were delivered on time as promised. He makes my old washing machine work like it was brand new again. This is a good technician, stands by his service.

I recently used Appliance Repair Geeks for a repair on my refrigerator and I was very pleased with their service. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. When I called to schedule the appointment, the person who answered the phone was polite and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a day, which was much quicker than I expected.
On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain the issue with my refrigerator and the steps he would need to take to fix it. Throughout the repair, he was efficient and made sure to clean up any mess he made.
Once the repair was complete, the technician tested the refrigerator to make sure it was working properly. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the appliance to prevent future issues.
