This company is very reliable and experienced. They should be recommended to anyone - I'm extremely satisfied with their work.

They arrived promptly, even on a Sunday, and quickly identified the problem with my AC. Service was top-notch - professional and courteous staff made the process hassle-free.

Greg's work was top-notch, thanks to him for a job well done.

Sammy did a great job and was very professional - highly recommend him for air con repairs.

Excellent work, they got the job done quickly and efficiently despite working on a busy weekend. Their pricing was fair considering the circumstances.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, quickly identifying the issue with my heating system. They returned on the same day with the necessary parts and made a prompt repair. Their expertise and efficiency give me confidence in their abilities to do a thorough and speedy job.

This home services company was assigned to us by our home warranty provider, Choice Home Mortgage. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in many areas. The technician who arrived was polite enough, but there were significant issues that needed attention. Most concerning was the failure to resolve the issue with our air conditioning unit. The fan blades stopped turning despite hearing the motor try to function.

The technician attempted to fix the problem by replacing the capacitor, which temporarily resolved the issue. However, the fan blades continued to delay and the motor still sounded strained. He claimed the issue was fixed, but we were left without air conditioning during a severe Southern California heatwave. We had to persuade our warranty company to send another technician to complete the repair.

I found it frustrating to schedule appointments with this company, as I repeatedly tried to get a hold of someone, only to be told that the technician was "very busy." The person who picked up kept saying she needed to speak with him first and then promised to call me back within minutes, but hours would pass before I could finally reach her again. Eventually, I lost patience and called our warranty company, asking them to reassign us to a different provider.

Aside from the scheduling issues, another concern was the technician's inability to communicate effectively. At one point, he attempted to charge us for "maintenance" that he claimed he had performed, but which we witnessed him not do. He also mentioned adding Freon in the paperwork, but when I looked it up afterwards, I confirmed that no Freon was added. It's likely he still billed our warranty company for this unnecessary work.

Lastly, it's worth noting that the company lacked basic professionalism. There were no labeled work trucks, uniforms, or a website. The technicians seemed to use Google Voice numbers, with one of their voicemails being full.

I recently had a poor experience with an HVAC contractor. They claimed my AC was dirty and tried to sell me on a chemical cleaning, but I know the grates are regularly cleaned. To verify their claim, I checked with a commercial HVAC expert who confirmed my unit is clean and in good condition. It's frustrating to encounter such dishonesty from a supposed professional.

Greg and his team consistently deliver top-notch service, being very professional and prompt with fair pricing - a standout experience.

Excellent work from start to finish. Technicians arrived on schedule, efficiently resolved the issue with our heating system, and left everything tidy. Extremely pleased.

Our AC failed us during a heatwave, leaving our home sweltering. We reached out to Sevak and High Tech HVAC in Tujunga, CA, who sent someone over promptly. The technician was courteous and professional from the start, putting our minds at ease.

He identified a leak in the AC unit and found it was low on Freon. To our surprise, he only billed us for the Freon repair, no extra charge for fixing the leak.

Thanks to Sevak, our AC is now working better than ever. His integrity, speed, and professionalism are impressive. I highly recommend High Tech HVAC for their reliable service and fair pricing.

Sevak's team exceeded expectations with their efficient replacement of our system - we're extremely satisfied.

We hired High Tech HVAC after our AC system wasn't blowing cold air - we had no idea what was wrong with it. A technician from another company told us it was an outdated unit, but that's not reassuring when you're paying for a new one in 2017. Luckily, Sammy and his team at High Tech HVAC figured out the issue and fixed our AC. They also made sure the heating and cooling worked properly in each vent throughout the house, which is great since we have a baby. Sammy was accommodating of our schedule and came when it was convenient for us, even working quietly so as not to disturb the child. Considering the price, I think it's very reasonable and affordable - I highly recommend them!

I hired this company to replace my broken HVAC system, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Their prompt response and expertise were impressive, especially considering my old unit had failed catastrophically. The installation process was swift and efficient, and they left the area spotless. They also took care of a minor repair to a wall where the ductwork passes through, which was a nice touch.

I've had a disastrous experience with numerous A/C companies, each claiming they couldn't find the issue or blaming minor components like filters or thermostats. However, none of them addressed the root cause. After 12 failed attempts, Greg from High Tech HVAC showed up and identified the problem within 10 minutes. He fixed it on the spot and restored airflow. It's refreshing to have someone who actually knows their stuff and can deliver results. Thanks to Greg for saving me from further frustration and getting my system working properly again.

I needed urgent help with my air con when it stopped working, and High Tech HVAC sent someone out the next morning - a bit of a challenge given it was the day before a holiday and a heatwave. The technician arrived quickly and identified the issue on the spot. My AC was up and running again that same day, thanks to great customer service from Sammy.

Greg from High Tech HVAC did a fantastic job. He swiftly identified the issue and ensured my AC was running at maximum efficiency. I'm extremely satisfied, no hesitation in recommending them highly.

They delivered top-notch service with expertise that exceeded my expectations. The entire process went smoothly, and I'm extremely satisfied - no complaints at all. The price was fair too. Kudos to Sami and his team for a job well done, definitely recommend them highly.

They arrived at our home and resolved the issue promptly. The level of maintenance they brought to our unit, which hadn't seen attention in a long time, was impressive. Their communication with our warranty company was also top-notch, from ordering necessary parts to finalizing payment over the phone - it all went smoothly.
