Perfessional and they do a perfect job

They do great electrical work.

They don't tell you, but they don't service any residential

A lot of very smart electrical people work here, so if you're needing work done this is where you want to come.

They dont do residential work . But they were polite on the phone and professional thank you

They did work for a Water Company about a year ago. The system quit working tried to get them out to fix it willing to pay for it, but they never called back after I give them all the information just left me hanging.

Called and one servicemen happened to be on way back into town and came by within 10 minutes. Found two faulty breakers and had them replaced in no time. Very quick and very professional.

I called Thursday to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said they would call me back. I called again Friday and was again told that they would talk to the electrician and call me. I just called again on Monday and she hung up on me. Thinking maybe it was a mistake I called back and was connected to a fax line. I have now wasted 4 days because of the weekend and have to find another electrician. Called back a third time and was told he was unavailable 😒

We will be forever grateful to Sartuche Electric for all the electrical work they did on the house. This is an old house and the electrical work was a mess. They solved every issue professionally. They installed electrical for a dishwasher and disposal, added electrical to the breaker, cleaned up the splicing mess that someone else had attempted, installed a ceiling fan and several lights and none of it was simple! Yet Rick and Martin never complained. They just solved the problems one at a time and got everything working.

They returned my call immediately and dispatched Martin to my home. Within about 2 minutes, he found the problem, a bad outlet. He installed 4 new outlets, which fixed the outage in 2 bedrooms. Both Rick and Martin were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Sartuche's for your electrical needs. We had no power in part of our house, so I called them. Unexpectedly they came out the same day within a couple of hours of my call. Rick was very knowledgeable, and found the problem right away. We didn't get charged an arm and a leg, and we felt right at home with him. I will definitely use him in the future. Thank so much!
