Got a hold of Telos Repair for my mom’s washer after the cycle refused to start. Long story short, it took some diagnosing and 3 visits to get the washer going (which was not an issue whatsoever) the technician’s communication throughout was exceptional and ordered the parts needed. Fast and reliable service. Steven came out to check our machine and fixed it in no time. They also offered a 6 month warranty for the parts they added. The only reason for the 4 star is because a really strong smell of cigarettes was coming off of him and I couldn’t stand it because I don’t smoke. Overall great service tho.

Our dryer element broke and I had called the night before to have a technician to one out. They had someone come out the next day and had the to part and fixed it. Even with the temperature being in the triple digits in our garage, they still repaired it. I added them to our phone to it for future repairs. Recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! I messaged them late on a Sunday and they got back to me right away to schedule an appointment to fix my dryer the next day. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. They had the parts and gave me 6 month warranty on all parts. Would highly recommend and will be using Telos again for any appliance repairs.
