Constraction reviews in Turlock, California

Great friendly crew On time every morning worked hard to complete the job on time when done in the afternoon their clean up was exceptional ❗️

I highly recommend Brothers Vasquez Construction. I live in Tuolumne County, and could not find a local company to repair the metal roof of our industrial building. It was in terrible shape. There is an apartment attached to our business. The damaged roof leaked and the ceiling in the apartment was coming down in every room. It was uninhabitable. I called Brothers Vasquez Construction. Lucio and Yessenia came to see our building, and with no hesitation, they said they could do the job. In a weeks time, work began. The crew worked every day, M-F until the job was completed. That is very important to me. Some companies juggle multiple jobs at once. Yessenia, was wonderful to work with, and accommodated me, every time I asked for more work to be added. This lady is a joy to work with. I have a repaired roof, new gutters, and a beautiful apartment. The apartment’s ceilings were repaired, the floor replaced, water damaged cabinets were replaced, and the entire apartment, painted. The work crew is respectful, friendly, and hard working. Lucio is hands on, checking on progress, and he and Yessenia came by
several times to meet with me, and make sure I was happy with the work. It is very important to mention, their prices are very reasonable, and they provide good quality work. I will forever be thankful I met these incredible people, and will absolutely call on them again.

I highly recommend Brothers Vasquez Construction. Lucio and his crew recently did some remodeling work for us and the entire process was great. For those of you looking for a reliable and professional business to complete a job to your satisfaction, then you have found the right company. His wife Yesenia is the sweetest and great with communication too.

Brothers Vasquez came out to my house assessed the project with complete professionalism. This guy knows what he’s doing, I’m sure anything you want remodeled he can do it at an affordable price. His work came out exactly how we visioned, Lucio even added a few other services to our home while he was there at no cost. If you’re looking for someone who is passionate about his work this is your guy. Much appreciated Brothers Vasquez Construction!

Great experience from start to finish! Yesenia is very kind, responsive and professional. She and Lucio went the extra mile to make sure my project got completed despite all the hurdles involved. I highly recommend them!

After countless bad experiences with contractors, we finally found our go-to in Brothers Vasquez Construction. We won't hire anyone else and highly recommend their company.
They are quick to respond, explain work being done in detail, always on time, keep you updated on the projects, and do beautiful work.
We've had a retaining wall replaced, deck work, water heater replacement, and other home repairs done and already planning our next project with them. 😁

Lucio and his crew are very professional, hard working, & have great personalities! I appreciate there attention to detail and their respect for the home…ensuring the area of work was always cleaned each and every day at end of shift. That says a lot about the integrity and morals of there business—looking for a company for any of your projects, remodels, decks, or new construction this is your company…Brothers Vasquez Construction are the best!!!! Thank you 😊

Lucio and crew was very responsive, reasonable, easy to work, know their business and are trustworthy. The construction company constructed my 40'x40' metal building in the time they estimated. They showed and kept working until it was done and kept the site clean. Lucio came back for a final inspection and made sure that one screw that was missing on the roof was put in. They have the experience and work ethic.

Extremely happy with the service I received. Brothers Vasquez Construction accomplished the job I hired them for on time with zero issues. Lucio and his employees are professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your construction projects! A++ experience!

I contacted Brothers Vasquez Construction to do the concrete work and installation of my ag storage building and am very pleased with the work that they do. The price was very fair the quality is absolutely excellent. Lucio is very honest and every time I called him he answered right away. I 100% will recommend him to my friends and family.

Brothers Vasquez is top notch from scheduling the estimate to completing the repairs. They turned a nightmare of a fire into a beautifully repaired metal shop. I highly recommend them for anything you may need a contractor for.

Needed a small deck/landing constructed for a shed. Communication was excellent, service was non-intrusive and very professional. The job was done quickly and there were no surprises from the original quote. The finished landing looks great and the county inspector signed off! Now I just need to prime and paint! Will be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend them!

They poured our pad for our garage and where we live, in the mountains above Sonora, was not an easy task. They assembled the framework in 2 days had it inspected. They poured the next day and worked till 10pm to make sure the cement would cure correctly and had right finish. They are a very hard working company and the owners are fantastic ! They will definately be used for our next project. Highly recommend them.

Lucio and his crew were great to work with. Prompt everyday, worked hard, and took care of my property while on site. Anything that came up he was quick to address and adjust as needed. Shop is solid and looks great! Photo attached is before it was completed, but shows what they were doing.

Absolutely the most amazing company we’ve ever done business with! Lucio and Yessenia came out personally to look over the scope of the job and were the nicest and most down to earth people! To give a bit of information about the job, home built in 1952 on a raised foundation, floors were sagging in areas and needed structural support. Also we had LVP plank flooring installed 3 years ago and we had an area where the planks were all coming apart due to the uneven floor.

Lucio is not just the General Contractor and owner but also a General Engineer. He went under the house and knew what needed to be done. The correct way to fix it would require several support beams and footings running the length of the house. Our home doesn’t have much of a crawl space so we knew how difficult this work would be to complete.

We decided that after they had finished supporting the floors we would get another estimate from Lucio to fix the gaps in the LVP plank flooring.

Cesar and Armando started the work on Monday after we signed the contract. The work was going to take one week to complete and they finished it and more! They showed up every day right on time and worked hard getting the footings in and beams run in such a tight space. It was so impressive! And we cannot say enough about how nice these two gentlemen are. They cleaned up so well every day so that nobody could tell there was construction happening! They work well together and do excellent work! They work very hard, they are meticulous in their finish work, and they clean everything better than it was before they get there!

Also Lucio came by several times during the week to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. Did I say he is a nice man? One of the nicest!

About Thursday of that week Lucio called me to say that Cesar and Armando would try to get the LVP flooring fixed too. He said he wasn’t going to charge more for it because they had some extra time and he would include it. We were shocked and so appreciative of the extra work they were going to do for us! They proceeded to remove about 4 feet of flooring the width of our living room. Due to a very shoddy installation, they spent most of the day repairing what the installers had done to the subfloor. The next day they did a professional LVP flooring installation and leveled our floors! It was wonderful and so generous to include that extra work! That was not part of the contract!

We also have to say that we were so happy that Yessenia and Lucio came by with their darling baby grandson and daughter and they have the sweetest family!

The bottom line and what you’re reading this review for is to find out if this company is going to do a good job for you. There is absolutely no better choice you’re going to be glad you made by hiring Brothers Vasquez Construction! Just do it! Call them and hire them. There is nothing bad to say about anything with this company. They are hands down the only company we will call if we ever need any other work! Also the only company we are recommending to any close friends or family that need construction services! Thank you to Lucio, Yessenia, Cesar and Armando! God Bless you all! AAA+++

It’s refreshing to work with a professional residential contractor that does what he says. Fabian is creative, hard working, gives great attention to detail, a true craftsman and enjoyable to work with. I gave him one (most other jobs are straightforward) particularly difficult task and he and his crew exceeded all expectations. I rely on him for his council and advice. I have 25 yrs experience in commercial property mgmt and commercial construction management. I’ve worked with many contractors and Fabian and his crew are first class. His crew has a great rhythm and do pretty much every aspect of the job without subs. Highly recommended!!! Great crew!!!
