Honestly these are old carpets and needed a deep cleaning. The guys were excellent, professional, dried carpets and tidied up. Chris is very professional, responsive and punctual. He does a very detailed job. This is the second time I've had fresh step carpet cleaning in my house, and I plan to use this service every six months. It's very refreshing to know that there are still trusted people that you can bring into your house that'll do a good job.

I had called in the AM to see if they could clean a sectional recliner sofa. Chris was able to come out by the afternoon. He did an excellent job and the sofa smells very nice. My whole apartment had a clean smell from just doing the sofa. Chris was friendly, professional , and personable with excellent customer service. I would use again. Thanks so much!
