What really stood out was that Walter went above and beyond—he returned a few days later on trash day to collect any remaining debris and even brought in my trash cans. Walter did an outstanding job on the palm trees at our rental property. He was quick to respond and did a great job. The palms look amazing, our tenants are happy and his price was more than fair. We were so impressed with his skill, ability and enthusiasm, we asked if he would accept us as one of his weekly clients. Tony and and his crew just cleaned a rental for us that had 5 years of neglect. We are so happy with the results. They were able to get the toilets, bathtub, floors, and windows to look almost new. All the appliances were completely cleaned. The walls, vents, and light fixtures were also thoruoghly washed. Cabinets were left spotless. They worked fast and tirelessly to help us get this house ready to move-in ASAP. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is truly Next Level. I had used another company to do a deep cleaning on my house prior to the birth of my son and was greatly disappointed. I hired Next Level to clean a mobile home that I needed to sell. It had been neglected for years and cleaning was a huge job. But Tony came in with his helper, spent the entire day there and what a huge difference! Everything is spotless, all the light fixtures, sinks, toilets, walls, blinds, everything. Tony is great to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again!
