Landscaping reviews in Turlock, California

I have been working on my landscape. Almost everytime I come in there isn't anyone to help me or they are too busy. They never have enough employees. I'm going back to Lowes!

Plants, pots, bricks, rock, sprayers, weed block, shades, pipe, sprinklers, stepping stones... great if you just need to fix a broken sprinkler, get a new flower pot, landscape or re-landscape your yard, garden or flowerbed.

They 3 guys that do the community at Los Banos Housing areas don't do a well done job, just a quick run through. Just because it's a Merced Housing for Low income doesn't mean to do half ass work, Those 3 guys, one short guy, one about 5'10 and another guy are supposed to make those and other community homes look wonderful. On my Lawn and others, they just go over it once and if it the edges are over grown they'll cut it, the tree wells will still have long grass around them because the big lawn mower isn't meant for small lawns so they dont get close to trees, they blow the dust all over the vehicles and don't blow them off(rarely do), I have continuously seen this happen many times. I've done their job at a cemetery in Gustine for veterans and as my own. These guys don't take pride in doing their job. The grass could still need a nice edging too it might look a little overgrown not to bad, but doesn't mean to skip it. The boss that tells them what to do even says 🙅🏽 (meaning no) def need to be re trained. The Merced Housing pays them to do a job and doesn't realize they are a doing half ass job.

Did not fix sprinklers after installing plants. The new plants all died would never called us back to do items he missed. 6K down the drain.

Robert is an all around awesome guy! Him and his team are ALWAYS on time, they come every Tuesday and are very efficient and professional. Robert has his own tools, his own truck and is easy to get a hold of and reliable! Those last two seem to be uncommon for other landscapers! Robert and his team mow my front and back yard, edge everything, pull out weeds, trim my shrubs in the front and back, blow away any debris. Robert and his team always go above and beyond and he is very affordable. I have one day off (Sundays) and the last thing I want to do is do yard work. I would rather be spending time with my Girlfriend and my kids. Robert gives me that peace of mind knowing my yards look good, money well spent and I can enjoy my day off with my family! One day I got a knock on my garage (I own Cory's Computer Repair and work out of my garage) I open it up and it's Robert, only it is not Tuesday. He was in the area and stopped by and dropped off some oranges. Awesome! Thank you Robert and team!!

Capote Landscaping did an amazing job - turf, a putting green and bocce court in the backyard. In the front, turf and a well-designed decomposed granite pathway and plants. Thank you Dan! I love my yard front and back! The compliments come on a daily basis.

Hello, I would like to start off by saying this company is by far one of the best landscaping company’s I’ve encountered. Very helpful, and easy to work with. They were on time everyday and finished our backyard within 2 weeks. Very professional and awesome quote. I will most definitely be hiring them for our next project.

After our fence fell down in our backyard, we were looking for a company to come and quote us. My husband checked with Dan to see if they do fences, in fact they do. The following week Dan was out to do some measuring and discuss what my husband and our neighbors wanted with this new fence. We had a couple of requests, 2 extra long posts and a gate so we could have quick access for neighbor hangouts. Dan and team were out the next week to get the fence started. I work from home and my bedroom office sits at the back of the house. If it wasn't for my nosey dogs begging to go outside to visit, I wouldn't have known Capote Landscaping was in my backyard! They worked effienctly and quietly and were clean and courteous. When I did have to let my dogs out to potty, the guys were pleasant and didn't mind my dogs checking out their handywork.

Once the fence was completed, Dan walked my husband through all the work done and called later to answer any questions. We LOVE the new fence. It's higher than the previous fence so we have the privacy we had been lacking with our swim spa standing so high. Great quality and looks beautiful.

We had a couple of other bids and Capote Landscaping was the best price by a couple hundred dollars. Excellent communication and left our backyard clean when they were done

Dan has been a great help to maintaining our front and backyard, blessed us with some extra sod he had from a prior jobsite as well and just a great dude👍🏻

One of the best decisions I made! Dan is the guy to go to. I needed 1600sqft of sod removed and replaced with stamped concrete. He made it all happened within a month. I can comfortably say that I am very happy with his work.

Walter made special arrangements to cut my lawn in an emergency for me. His work is exceptional and I would recommend his services to anyone!
