My dish washer suddenly stoped working at my new home and the receptionist Sara and Samantha were so nice they scheduled a technician and he came out and fixed it the same day.

They reschedule several times never show up and left my washer taken apart they don’t answer the phone please don’t waste your money on this company you will be left disappointed

Don't use them! They diagnosed our washer with the drain pump was bad and it turned out being perfectly fine after we paid for the part. I would NOT recommend them!

Was referred to by my home insurance. Waited 2 days to be contacted and never was. Tried calling and leaving voice messages for a week. They never answered or called back. Had to contact my home insurance again to find a new contractor.

Very good service!!! I needed my oven fixed and they arrived on time and fixed what they needed to fix. They were respectful and I had no trouble with them at all. I will call them again if I need it.

Staff very helpful. Got me in same day and technician was very nice fixed both my washer and dryer same day I would definitely use them again. Thanks

Company is horrible they were supposed to be back to fix my dishwasher in 7 days I'm going on 28 days they keep saying the part is not in and No one answers the phone left about 40 messages with not one return if I could give them negative 5 stars I would wost service ever

Their tech was very professional, needed repair to my dryer and they got it back up and running. Definitely reaching out to them if I ever have issues again with my appliances.

They went out to my home and looked at my washer and refrigerator both were done within a week they explained to me what were the issues despite all the horrible reviews I see on here I would still recommend them

This company was sent by a home warranty. When the appointment was made, they showed up 1 hour after the window I was given. The repair man spent about 2 minutes then said he had to order parts. One month later, they never followed up or returned to complete the repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible service and worst customer service experience. This business should just go out of business. It doesn't take a genius to turn couple of knobs and say oh this is what is wrong when I could have figured that myself and when I told him what the actual problem was. and still charge a fee. When I call they say "oh his our most experience guy" yea sure experience at reaping people off and honestly experience at the first day on the job

My dryer was not heating up and I called 101 repair and Samantha was so helpful she put me on schedule same day and it got fixed. This company is so helpful I have 3 kids I would go crazy without my dryer 101 repair fixed it same day .definitely recommend this company

This repair company came by the house after being sent by First American. The service fee had already being taken care of but the technician demanded money from my mother. He did not fix the issue and then also wrote an incorrect report to the home warranty company. End result = money spent and issue not resolved. Would not recommend this company for any kind of repairs

SCAMMER .tried to rip me off and overcharge for a new pump. so I went some where else and immediatly the other professionals said it was most definitely not my pump, it was a clogged hose. I would have been charged again for this place to come back after they said it was the pump but of course it wasn't so meaning they scam! they would have had to come back and figure out it was the hose, thus getting me for over $500 .

This business is a joke. Wast of time and money. I don’t write bad reviews but this place deserves one. After being in limbo with the staff here regarding parts, I took my business elsewhere. They do not go out of their way to communicate with you regarding parts, service etc. The technician came out twice to do an inspection when it could have been completed right the first time, now we are two weeks almost 3 without a washer. Thanks for wasting our time.

They fix our fridge 4 months ago and give us 3 months warranty on labor and parts so far works great and we are very happy with all the service

they never called back with an update still waitiing for them to call with an update on the parrt needed to fix oven/microwave. last heard from them on 12/2. so frustrating. The service technician was very kind and friendly. Not his fault that the company doesn't have very good customer servive skill and what I mean by that is the compny give a date when repairs will be completed but if date changes no one calls for weeks with an update and when i tried calling no answer. . Again, the tech was awesome. thank you Sam

I was at work when my mom called and let me know her water heater was leaking. Gave 101 Repair a called and with in one hour they were at my moms house. They were super courteous to her and called and explained everything they did to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

My oven was making an error code for several months and different company came to “fix it”. They did not.
101 repair inc came on time to both appointments and fixed my oven fan with no problem and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing appliances repaired! Thank you guys!

THE CHEAPEST LEAST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH(I’ve dealt with a lot) AFTER WAITING months after the date they told me my washer would arrive, I finally got it.. PROBLEM IS THE ONE THEY SENT is refurbished and didn’t drain all the water so all my clothes were soaking. To make it even better, they were unwilling to haul my old broken washer away even though they said they would based on the home appliance warranty. THERES TONS OF BETTER REPAIR SERVICES OUT THERE. Stay VERY CLEAR FROM THIS ONE
