Ivan's team is FABULOUS!!!. They repainted entire exterior, replaced all kitchen counters w slab, new cooktop and sink, replaced old wiring to service panel and exterior elec service to house. We are making a list for new projects to start. ON TIME..ON BUDGET

Ivan is conscientious, is there when he says he will be, is professional, and we would use him again. He replaced our deck with Trex and used the best quality Materials. He is experienced at what he does, and he does not cut corners. We can highly recommend him.

I have worked with FLO Construction for many years and found their work to be of superior quality. Their workers show up on time and clean up after each day's work. I cannot speak more highly of this companies work ethic. I know when I have a problem or need something new to be done, I can call on FLO Construction. I would never call another company to do my projects. This is a five star. You will be surprised on how good your project will turn out.

Ivan and his crew did a large backyard project for us. It turned out amazing! Ivan is very responsible, reliable, communicative and timely. His crew is very experienced, hard working and conscientious! I highly recommend them!

Ivan and his team were awesome! He's a great value, honest, and doesn't give you a low-ball price and then start jacking it up. Great quality of work. He made helpful suggestions along the way to help us get even better results than we expected. Did it cost us more? Sure, but it was all worth it and glad he gave us options that we would have never thought of or considered.
The main thing I liked? He's.a very good communicator, calls back right away (even would stop by in person to make sure he was clear on certain points) and was on time with everything he promised. If there was a delay, he told us in advance and delivered on the revised date. He and his crew is very nice as well and knows their stuff!

Very high quality work, honest people, very professional team. I highly recommend FLO Construction, I found them from Yelp reviews and their website and was very satisfied with their work. I had multiple contractors assess and give quotes for a major home remodel and chose Ivan and FLO Construction to do the most complicated parts of the project. Aside from being committed to quality work, Ivan and every member of his team are true professionals who I would trust to do a safe and great job on any project.

Good communication which is rare in construction (IMO). Quality work. Competitive pricing. Ivan is a pleasure to work with and his crew were all very respectful and good workers. Very happy with their work. Will be having them do more work for me in the future. Will post photos soon.

Ivan Flores of Flo Construction just finished building our brand new home from the foundations up in Crestline, CA. My husband and I could not be happier with EVERYTHING that Ivan has done. I will start from the end....as that is where MANY contractors fail!! As with ANY project, there have been a few items that we needed Ivan to come back and work on after we paid the final bill. He has been terrific about this -- always being very pleasant and timely in making sure we are satisfied.

Now....starting back at the beginning....from our very first meeting -- we could tell that Ivan was a man of character. We had interviewed 2 other contractors and did not get a great vibe from either of them. One seemed very laid back and I wondered how hard he would push to get the house built in a reasonable time. The other one felt like a pushy con man...who gave me the impression he would over promise and under deliver. We asked Ivan if there was a recent project we could go see - and he allowed us to go see a new home he was just finishing up on at Lake Arrowhead. It was really lovely and the workmanship was excellent.

We are SOOO glad we chose Ivan to build our new home!!

I am an amateur designer...and I have helped my real estate clients with design projects over the past 17 years. Ivan was really wonderful to work with -- as he had great ideas on how to improve on my ideas --- and also why some of my ideas were not good ones! We started construction towards the end of COVID and things were still a bit difficult in the supply line. But, even with those difficulties...Ivan built our house in short order. At some points he had a total crew of 15 people working hard from morning til evening and many Saturdays in order to get our project completed well under his estimate of time.

The finished product is better than we could even have imagined! Our neighbors watched Ivan build the house and at the same time there was another new home being built in the lot next door to ours. Several of our neighbors have told us that they could clearly see the superiority of the workmanship and finished product on our home. And that other house is still not close to being done yet - even though they started before we did. One of those neighbors was in construction...so that compliment meant a lot to us.

We have come to love Ivan over these months of working together.

We HIGHLY recommend Ivan to ANYONE who might be thinking of building a whole new house or doing an expansion project. You will not regret working with him and his crews. They are top notch.

FLO Construction is an amazingly well-run company that has done outstanding work on our Lake Arrowhead home. Ivan Flores, the owner, provides outstanding customer service. From the walk through to the start of the work, through completion and clean-up, everything was done to our meticulous specifications. We have had him do work multiple times, including a total bathroom remodel, custom cabinetry, a new deck, gorgeous living room flooring, and a complete redo of our exterior. Ivan and his crews are skilled, responsible, polite, and get the job done right!

I have used the services of Flo construction for my main residence as well as my rental property. The owner "Ivin " is conscientious, honest, polite, well mannered , patient, all and all with great morals and ethics . His knowledge of his trade is just as impressive as his personality. My neighbor recommended Ivin to me 4 years ago , and I recommend him in heart beat to every one. His prices are fair, he does good quality , clean work. He goes above and beyond to make you happy. He'll be honest with you if your expectation or plans are not realistic or does not benefit you . and he won't waste your time and money promising you something he does not believe in doing. I love the fact that he guides you and discusses and explains why something can or should be done and what you should not plan to do. He also gives you options for material and plans. I highly recommend him and his company FLO Construction. below I posted a remodel of my fireplace and new paint. He remodeled my condominium in Laguna Niguel three years ago. I had a full offer the first weekend it went on the market ! give him a try , you won't regret it.
