ComfortAir Heating/Cooling saved the day (or summer)... Our old air conditioning unit just wasn't able to cool our home adequately during these hot summer months. I have used Comfort Air for decades.Part of that time Dave, Jaime, and crew were Redwood Heating and Cooling, but started their own Comfort Air when Redwood Heating and Cooling had a big organizational change.I can't think of a place where I could get better service. I use their sheet metal fabrication service practically weekly, and last year they installed a very high tech heating and cooling system in our remodel job. I connect them to all my clients and the clients have all expressed their appreciation. In addition to that, Dave has taught me how to make isometric drawings for flashing parts that make sense. I have been in construction for 43 years, 4 years as a contractor.

Of the five heating and air conditioning contractors I called Comfort Air was the only contractor that actually showed up to give me an estimate. Within 24 hours they emailed me a complete cost estimate and a time that they could do the work. Once they started they completed the work as they said they would and they want above and beyond, because it was raining, they set up a tent so they could finish the installation in the rain. The mini split system installed works beautifully and is very economical to run.We're very satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a heating or air conditioning service.

I had a great experience with them, they came out on a Sunday, over a long holiday weekend no less, the quote was free and thankfully it was a simple and quick repair.
Their pricing was fair, great response time, and their customer service was excellent. Especially compared to some of the other companies I called, one company wanted more than the final invoice I ended up paying, just to come out and give me a quote, that felt like price gouging.
10/10 would recommend Comfort Air.

I can't say enough good about Comfort air. Not only did they squeeze me in they also ended up installing a mini split system. Jorge was wonderful at explaining everything to me and taking away the old heater that was there and capping it all off.They got to it very fast and were very efficient. I now have a go to place that I really like for all my heating and cooling needs. Good people, good work and reasonable cost. Definitely has my business from here on out.
