Constraction reviews in Union City, California

Attic insulation: great work and extremely professional

Awesome work!! Super friendly crew!! Would definitely recommend to ALL friends and family!! No hiccups throughout the entire service!!! 10/10 in my book!!

Do not recommend. Our interaction with E3/ Gabriel Robinson wasn't great. Can't speak to the rest of the company but if it was anything like Gabe, we won't be doing future business with E3.

Elite Energy installed attack insulation in my home. They are highly professional and have provided outstanding service.
Staff is very courteous and did through job. They even checked all the appliances for gas leaks and burn quality.

I highly recommend Elite Energy Efficiency for insulation and other services they offer.

Edit: Gabe reached out the same day as the review to fix the attic hatch and they fixed it in a couple of days.

Overall, was a good experience not excellent.

I had specifically asked about 2 things when I got the quote - baffles and air sealing.

First, baffles were promised as its standard practice for them. When the team came to add insulation, they told me they aren’t needed and explained why. Fine - valid point but could have been clarified during quote process that isn’t needed.

Second and more important, I went into the attic a night ago they were supposed to come to make sure where all we need air sealing especially for recessed lights. Out of 45 recessed lights, only approx 10 needed air sealing and rest were sealed. When I talked to the team and told them where we need it. they were a bit hand wavy that we will do it if required.

If they weren’t gonna air seal fully (and they would have known that most of lights were sealed already), why charge $500 for it, should have been much less? And when I asked for proof/pictures, they didn’t have any and never replied to my email.

So I have no idea if they air sealed at all or not. And shouldn’t have charged full price if it wasn’t needed as in my case since almost everything was fully sealed.

One more thing was - they broke my attic entrance - it was broken a bit but in a really good condition. They were just gonna not do anything about it if I hadn’t noticed. I asked them to fix it and then they tapped it.

They were in and out in 2 hours. Cleaned everything and did a good job overall.

But as I said above, I wasn’t satisfied fully.

This company did the insulation for our home last year. During the inspection, they pointed out that the bathroom vent was leaking in the attic. They fixed the leak and did great job on installation. Insulation was also rebated by PGE with tax deduction on co-pay. Our heating bill went down. Definitely recommend this company.

The kitchen is now the heart of our home, thanks to their meticulous workmanship and innovative design solutions.

Anthony totally nailed the presentation, Eugene ran the job like a pro, and Dan brought my design to life!!

Steve, I really have to commend you. You’ve assembled an outstanding group of renovation pros. As a fellow entrepreneur, I have deep respect for what you’ve built!!

Even now, I can hardly believe this is my kitchen. It’s everything I’ve dreamed of and so much more. Yep, even the eco-friendly green appliances I always wanted are here! Finally! Steve and the team knocked it out of the park. I’m thrilled with the results. Of course this is a five-star review. Anything lower wouldn’t do them justice. Next up: the upstairs bathroom. It’s definitely time.

Every single person from RISE who contributed to this project helped make something truly special. Yes, my new, freshly renovated kitchen is truly SPECIAL! An exceptional team from beginning to end!

Most remodeling companies I’ve partnered with cause headaches; delays, extra costs, and frustration are all they know. But Rise Construction was the complete opposite. Affordable, punctual, and always able to achieve exceptional results. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Rise Construction was outstanding in every way! They were always attentive, timely, trustworthy, and consistently hard-working. It honestly doesn’t shock me that my kitchen now looks like it belongs in Better Homes & Gardens.

Hiring Steve and his team was definitely the right decision. Anthony, Eugene, Dan—everyone I worked with was helpful, insightful, and supportive. Other remodeling companies in the area could learn a lot from them. My kitchen is now a stunning example of their expert craftsmanship. Each member fulfilled their role with precision and care—Anthony sold me, Eugene managed everything well, and Dan’s attention to detail brought everything together seamlessly. Their coordination, professionalism, and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free.

Great company and they know what they are doing!
