Jason did a great job installing a new vent

Great company. Cleaned our air ducts amazingly and on short notice. Professional, courteous and willing to go that extra mile.

I had a badly backed up dryer vent. Jason, of Sierra Vents, cleaned it and installed a new vent flex pipe. Jason was thorough, professional. Sierra Vents, and Jason, are the best!

We just received a brand new washer/dryer and ran into an issue with the Dryer that seemed to indicate our dryer vent may need cleaning. Since I know this hasn't been done an a number of years, I figured it was time, especially since my brand new dryer refused to work. I called SierraVENTS and Jason took the call. He asked few questions about the dryer setup and said he can assist. I figured since he was coming out for the dryer, I may as well as have the HVAC vents/ducts done as well, which Jason was more than able to accommodate. I appreciated that Jason kept me up-to-date on his schedule, letting me know if he was going to be late or as it turns out, that he was going to be early. He arrived, let me know what he was going to do and got to work. During the service, he pointed out that one of my ceiling vent filter needed to be replace and that I was missing another. He was able to replace both. He also noticed that my new dryer's vent tubing was way too big for the distance it needed to go. He provided me with suggestions on the best options and I asked if he can assist with getting the dryer connected properly, which he was more than happy to. I really appreciate his knowledge, support and his professionalism. I will most certainly call him again if I need his services.

Called at 5:54 PM on a Saturday when my new dryer would not pass the Installation Duct Check Test. Jason promptly picked up, provided me a quote for $100, and explained that he could come over to clean our dryer vent since he was free and we were in Union City. After confirmation, he showed up shortly at 6:14 PM and finished around 6:50 PM.

Extremely grateful for his help and professional service. He made sure to thoroughly clean our dryer vent from both the inside and outside repeatedly since the exhaust was severely blocked.

Thank you, Jason and SierraVENTS, for helping even though it was extremely last minute!

Jason did a great job cleaning all my air and dryer vents. He was on time and quick and efficient. I am happy with his customer service and quality of work. He also gave me useful tips about cleaning up our air filter and suggested doing it periodically. I highly recommend Jason and Sierra vents!

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the duct and dryer vent cleaning services provided by Jason. He was incredibly responsive, managing to accommodate a last-minute request for cleaning. His patience and friendly demeanor were noticeable, creating a pleasant experience. Jason went the extra mile by inspecting the HVAC system and offering valuable guidance on future purchases. He took the time to explain the functioning of the HVAC and AC units within the house, which was incredibly informative. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone seeking thorough and professional cleaning expertise.

Recently used Sierra vent to troubleshoot and fix some issues with my dryer vent.Jason did an excellent job in trouble shooting and fixing the issue. Will use his services again if a need arise

Talked to Jason on the phone inquiring about dryer vent cleaning. He was very polite and was clear on how much was it and the process of how is it going to do it. After calling a few more companies, I have decided this company was the most reasonably priced for the job. Called Jason again and said he will come at a particular time the same day I called him. He was very punctual. Came the time he indicated. He inspected the area and asked for electrical plugs so he can plug his 2 machines to clean. While cleaning the vent he is explaining and describing what he is doing. He also went outside the house and cleaned the lints pushed out from the vent from his cleaning. I was very satisfied of his service. I will definitely hire him again in future cleaning services.

My dryer vent hadn't been done in a few years. I called (late yesterday) and Jason responded immediately. Quoted price. Came this morning, on time! Did a great job and cleaned up everything. Explained and showed me what he was doing. I really liked Jason's professional, but warm attitude. I will call him again. Highly recommend this young man!!!!
