The technician who came was polite and professional. However, the diagnosis felt very limited. He mainly looked at the outside of the dishwasher and pressed some buttons on the control panel, but the dishwasher was never pulled out from the cabinet for a proper inspection.

I mentioned that the issue might possibly be related to the leak sensor, but it was not checked. The technician concluded that the control board was damaged without pulling the dishwasher out to inspect underneath.

Of course I’m not a professional, so I may be wrong about the cause. But paying a $189 service call fee without a more thorough inspection was disappointing.
