Thank you UpKeep services for saving the opening of our office! The company we had hired initially canceled last minute and we found Up Keep on Google. We heard back immediately and were able to set up a cleaning appointment for the next day. We were very lucky they had an opening. The cleaning team arrived 20 minutes early to ensure they knew where everything was and got to work. The team paid attention to details and left our office spotless for our grand opening! Before the cleaning team left the office, we got a call from Nash to ensure everything had gone as planned and if there was anything else they could do on their end to support us through our opening. The team had done such a great job that nothing else was needed but that call just showed us that Up Keep truly cares about their clients. We will continue to hire them in the future!

UpKeep services has been the best janitorial services that we have ever had at our offices. Because of their thoroughness and reliability, their team now cleans multiple locations for us. In the past, we had cleaning companies that we couldn’t rely on and when they would come, they would be very brief and we would still find items dirty which was not good for our employees and clients. When my wife found Up Keep, it was a breath of fresh air with everything from their communication to their services and follow ups. The team is excellent in cleaning and ensuring the client is happy. UpKeep services is always looking for ways to go above and beyond and we truly appreciate that!

My team and I reached out to multiple cleaning companies before moving into our new offices. Most cleaning companies needed to do an in person estimate but that was a challenge with us as we had some issues with our lease contract so we really appreciated that UpKeep services provided us with a virtual estimate through their online form (through their website). Originally we had planned to hire Up Keep’s team for just our move in period but we ended up hiring them to clean our office on a weekly basis because we were so impressed with their work. The whole process with them has been outstanding from the initial estimate to them coming on site and always going above and beyond.

I have been using UpKeep services for some time now and are very satisfied with their services. I found their information on Google and called for an estimate. I shared my information with Renata over the phone and was provided with a quick estimate.  Their friendly team comes to our office on a weekly basis to help us maintain the space for us and our clients in top shape. I also would like to highlight their professionalism as they come during our open hours, they are quiet and quick BUT still leave our office spotless, really focusing on the details! If you’re thinking about whether or not to give them a call, make sure that you do because you won’t regret it!

Store ours are listed on the web but when we showed up the doors were locked and no lights were on in the building. I called the number listed on the web and no answer. I left a message and waited 15 minutes but no answer so I left and found another pottery

I was physically assaulted by one of their landscapers after the driver of the truck and trailer almost hit my mom as she was unloading her car. We were in an empty parking lot when they almost drove into my mom. The passenger of the work truck got out and began yelling at me and pushed me and continued to harass me and my family. I have video recording of their crew, work truck, license plate number and location. Camera surveillance from the Bank of America and the restaurant are available as well.

I'd like to thank the awesome team from Encore for coming out to take a look at my citrus trees, giving me advice about their care and calming my nerves regarding how they look right now. Knowing that i have experts that really care about their clients well being (as well as their landscaping) is peace of mind you can't put a price tag on.
Thanks guys, for being so attentive to my trees and me! The landscaping in my portrait garden is a huge part of my studio outdoor facility.

Great place for buying home appliances and making spare keys. The store is absolutely huge and there is also a botanical garden to the side.

Most every visit I leave completely satisfied. The gardening department is sometimes lacking. Most all departments have experienced employees. On one occasion, my wife and I visited the store at a "slow" time and one of your employees took both of us, with our list of over a dozen items, around the store until we found everything on our list. 5 stars in my book.

I ONLY go here because it is the closest. Most of the time the workers don't know what they are doing. Today I called up for a 2X8 12 foot pressure treated plank. I drove all the way to the Home Depot on Euclid and they said they didn't have them. I called the Upland Home depot and they assured me they did have them and they gave me a price and said they would help me load it. I go all the way down there "We don't have those!". I wanted a bracket that match the ones on my fence. We have those in garden. I walk all the way to garden "We don't carry those.". I get a color match for some paint, I start to paint with it, it doesn't match. They won't make a refund, only correct the color. I had already used something else. Like I said SUPER knowledgeable staff.

Professional services, always responsive when contacted. Kind and timely; easy to work with. All requests/needs are always meet and exceeds expectations.

Called them on two separate occasions to have them come out and give me an estimate. Each time I was told that I would get a call back, but they never returned my call. They must not need any more business. Don't waste your time by calling.
