I reached out for a quote on trimming some trees. All I wanted was for someone to provide a rough estimate on caring for some new trees. I received a quote from someone else that was way to high so I was hoping for some idea of what would be charged sent details and pictures and I’m actually super knowledgeable about trees and plants; however the owner’s response back was super rude and he told me not to waste his time or mine and he was condescending.

Dale and his crew did a great job removing several trees and stumps in our backyard. Very thorough, professional, and excellent clean up after. Highly recommend!

Dale and his crew arrived and worked on our trees and lawn, which was exceptional! We would hire the company again for professionalism and honesty. Great work! Strongly recommend them.

After another tree trimmers was a no show called Dale. He showed up within about 20 minutes to give me an estimate. Great price and very professional. They did a very thorough job and clean up. Will definitely use Dale for all our future tree work.

Dale ruined my”decades” old trees.
I told him not to cut crowns or top them, let them grow organically.
I came home from work to find he cut them short, now trees will never be the same make trees weak and ugly.
When I called him out he got rude and arrogant saying he’s did them his way, totally disrespectful.
I highly recommend not using Dales tree service unless you want to pay alot of money, and boy does he charge excessive amounts of money to ruin your trees.

He's a real arborist with a great team. Also does landscaping & of course sprinklers. Went to 4 nurseries to find tree we replaced.

I work on my own trees all the time, but when I find myself trying to balance at the top of an 8’ step ladder with my 21’ pole saw, it’s time to call Dale. I’m really particular about how my trees are pruned, but I know that he will always get the job done right. He is prompt, courteous and does a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks Dale!

A man that can condescendingly answer the question..when is the best time to prune my fruit trees..?. with...'" the best time is when you have the money" is man that will not prune my fruit trees regardless of skill.

They are the best team when it comes to tree cutting. I hired Tom Day Tree service to cut a huge tree in my backyard and they are an expert. Highly recommendable !!!

I witnesses a truck driver from Tom Day Tree Service on 04-10-21 at 12:25 PM, driving a large Tom Day 18 wheeler truck illegally thru a residential neighborhood posted "No 3 ton trucks," trying to take a short cut to avoid traffic on the major street. At 6th St/Hellman Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the residents of that neighborhood, and no there was no tree trimming job in that neighborhood. I took a photo for proof of the violation!

Tom Day's service was outstanding! He clearly loves trees; & he & his crew are highly skilled,very professional,reasonable, & honest.

We had the work done this morning. The crew was punctual; didn't waste time; were courteous; did exactly as we asked; and were meticulous in their cleaned up. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend them.

I just had an oak tree cut and trimmed...and I am very pleased with the results...the crew were awesome...they did a fabulous job trimming the tree and cleaning up afterwards...I would definitely use their services again...thank you Tom and the crew..:)

Johnny and his crew are professionals. Not only do they show up early, but they work quickly and pick up after themselves. They definitely know the hazards that come with the tree business. Highly recommend.
