Michael Grant was so helpful and courteous! He not only fixed the obnoxiously loud AC unit, he also replaced the filter and serviced the unit. I’m so grateful to him for doing everything he could to make sure that the AC was working properly just in time for the hot weather.

Had an issue with the main water line coming into my house. I made contact with them immediately and they had someone out within hours. The technician Brandon evaluated the issue and was back the next morning to repair. Brandon was awesome. He explained everything and kept me informed step by step. The representative from Levi Plumbing showed up this morning. I forgot all about the appointment. He was patient, he waited for me to get up and go outside to greet him. The work that he did for a basic tune-up was beyond my expectations. He showed me videos of my system that he had taken during the tune-up. He explained the AC system. Our thermostat had stopped working completely so we set up an appointment with Peter Levi. The service technician, Jose, was able to very quickly find what the problem was and set us up with a new thermostat. He also noticed that our UV system was not working either (we're in an older Seeno home built in the mid 90s) and he got that fixed and working as well. Our heater works better than ever before! Jose was fast, efficient, friendly and explained things to us in a way we could understand. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Nate from Peter Levi came to save the day. Our water heater was out for 2 days and they came out asap. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a very talented individual. Had a really positive experience with them! Called them in on Saturday for a backed up main line and they were able to get someone out to Monday! (Permission from landlord was needed which is why it took a minute)

Called and set up the appointment. They messaged me day of just to coordinate everything else that was needed.

I called for an appointment and they were able to come the following day, and earlier than originally expected. The technician was excellent - he provided me the cost upfront, had everything he needed to troubleshoot the water heater and put a sediment trap on a tankless water heater. Very professional and courteous!

Our technician Kellan was awesome..he was professional, explained things about what my house might need, and gave me options about how to proceed. He offered to do the under the house inspection of the pipes, even if I needed to schedule on a Saturday. The house is old and I am pretty sure some upgrades would be beneficial. I am going to set up an appointment to have him inspect the pipes under the house. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received as well as the price for that service. Peter Levi Plumbing and Heating and AC are a wonderful company. I have used their services in the past for plumbing but I today I did their AC tune up service. Their scheduling was easy to use. The cost was inexpensive and the customer service was friendly. My technician Tony was friendly and respectful. He was quick to do the service with no mess left behind and he wore shoe covers. He showed me the issues I had with my old unit and made gave repair options as well as a new purchase option. I will be using their services again.

29 days and counting after “trenchless” bid for repair to our water main in Fairfield. The trench was installed by day laborers, at variance from the bid and permit, and is unpermitted . No change order or rebid has been received despite countless writings, phone calls and meetings. The last contact was that Micah was going to speak to Peter Levi about fixing this problem. That was October 13. Micah and Peter Levi are now ignoring my follow up texts, and the permit department is no longer providing updates. Having been a customer for over 23 years, I can’t begin to express how frustrating this is. Do not allow them on your property, or you will end like we did.

Whenever you have a drain issue you want to get it resolved correctly and right away. I called Peter Levi Plumbing because they have an office in my area (unlike most of the companies that advertise in that space). Emily, the receptionist said someone would contact me in the next 6 hours. Kellen, their technician arrived within an hour and was very knowledgeable and had a complicated issue (cast iron pipe) resolved within the hour. All for a reasonable price! Based on my experience, I highly recommend Peter Levi Plumbing for any drain issues you may have, especially if you live in Solano County California.

This company charges crazy outrageous prices! They wanted me to pay $550 to install a garbage disposal. The disposal only cost $250! The estimate they emailed me which included the supplying the disposal was $1300! Can you imagine paying that much just for a new garbage disposal? What are we, stupid? We told him no way and then he had the gall to charge a $70 call fee. We ended up installing the disposal ourselves. Our success at that given our lack of experience doing such things indicates how incredibly overpriced their services are!

Very happy with these guys. From the phone call to the end of service, everything was great. Our plumbing specialist (Nate I think) was nothing less than professional. Quick, efficient, patient listener and fully explained everything that revolves around the water heater and related plumbing. After a fair estimate I decided to have him replace our water heater and all necessary components to bring up to code and safe standards.
