I highly recommend Joshua Lay with Layout Plumbing for “ general handyman” and plumbing needs.

I’ve had Josh take care of many things around the house. He’s my go to plumber and I’d recommend him to anyone!

Josh came out within an hour of our call to replace washer hot & cold valves. Great job.

Josh Lay of Layout Plumbing did some work for me yesterday and I would definitely hire him again.

I got my water leak fixed same day! Work done cleanly and with much professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent work and customer service. It was very obvious from the start that Shane was very experienced and confident in his work. Ticket came out much lower than I was quoted by other local companies. Thank you again!

The filter system on my tankless water heater needed to be replaced and my water heater needed to be serviced. I found Josh to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and prompt.

Really took the time to look over the issue and present me with options and pricing so I could choose which worked best for me. While Josh did make suggestions, I felt no pressure to do them. I did follow his suggestions and the work done was done well!

Josh from Layout Plumbing was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’d definitely use their services again.

Joshua came to fix our sink in an emergency situation just after my husband came home from the hospital. He was prompt, affordable and extremely gracious. We will always call Joshua Lay first.

LayOut Plumbing with Josh Lay has done efficient work on our water heater replacement, bath faucets, bath flooring, toilet replacement, and roto-rooting, as needed and when needed. He brings all quality equipment and tools needed to complete the job. Josh is careful, quick, and kind! Recommend Layout Plumbing with five stars!

Joshua has done both repairs and installations for me. He is reliable, professional, and does great work. I’ve had nothing but great experiences using his service and I would highly recommend him.

Joshua answered my call even hours and walked me through the potential problems I might be having. Gave me pricing up front regarding my situation and very very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him if you’re in the Santa Clarita valley.

We moved into a 60 year old home with “bad plumbing” and I mean every where!!! He came in and worked with our budget and helped us get it functioning!! We can’t thank him enough!

I highly recommend Layout Plumbing for the excellent, knowledgeable work done. Josh was very prompt, explained everything thoroughly, and very kindly went the extra mile. Many thanks!!
