I had a terrible experience with the remediation company we hired. They quoted us $3,800 initially, but ended up billing the insurance company $10,000. The remediation itself was also a disaster. Despite being a category three flood, they didn't remove all the necessary items, including a brand-new chair from Restoration Hardware, and many other new items. They also didn't inform the insurance company about the items they disposed of. This has caused us a lot of trouble with the insurance company, who are refusing to cover the cost of the damaged items that the remediation company failed to remove. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with both the insurance and Servpro. I've never experienced such poor customer service and would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

The entire team we have been dealing with have been excellent considering the circumstances of our issues. They have all been really professional.

Jordan did a spectacular job fixing our drywall and painting. Jordan was professional, kept the work area clean, and is very skilled as evidenced through the finished work at our house. It was a pleasure to have Jordan help us through this last step of our ceiling water leak.

I called in the evening. Franky and John arrived in the morning of the next day to assess the job and quote. Fortunately it was a relatively small job. Cans of food had gone bad and caused a mold situation.
They were able to do the job the same day.
Within 2 hours from quote the job was complete.

Hector, under his guidance, did a major kitchen upgrade after a pipe burst, causing a lot of damage to our cabinets. I cannot express enough how happy we were with the job. His contractor, Esvin, was professional and did exceptional work.

My family experienced a water leak from an upstairs bathroom that affected a hallway, bedroom, and our garage on the Saturday of a three-day weekend, and ServPro of Santa Clarita Valley was able to send out a team to evaluate the damage, begin water removal, and start the repair process within two hours of being notified. Their staff has kept us informed of all the different steps in the repair process, including communicating with our insurance agent and company, checking in on progress, and arranging for specialized testing when needed. While we never wanted to need these services, ServPro of Santa Clarita Valley has taken much of the stress and pressure off of our shoulders because of their experience, communication, and empathy during the restoration.
