The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Jordan Mayen was wonderful. Very nice young man. He kept us aware of every step of the process. He is an asset to the company.

Edwin and Zack came out immediately and was able to offer advice and assistance. They were prompt (actually early), and patient with all of our questions. They advised us how to go about the process and offered different remedies. Expensive and cheap ways. They were very honest and respectful and we are super pleased with service. Definitely would recommend to anyone who would listen!

I had a great experience working with the Construction Department team of the SERVPRO at Santa Clarita location.

Jordon Mayen did an awesome job in putting back the dry wall, painting the ceiling and the crown molding. He stood by the company's moto of "Like It Never Even Happened" and my family room looks great after the project was completed.

John Werner did a great job in analyzing the problem and providing me with the estimate.

Stephanie Rodriguez did an awesome job with the paper work for the insurance.

My experience with SERVPRO has been fantastic! The lead person, Franky and his associate, Roly, were extremely professional and responsive, explaining the process and details of how they needed to complete the initial and subsequent activities of restoration due to my water heater exploding while we were out of town. This team worked quickly to remove water damaged carpet and rugs as well as all other property that had been touched by water. They were respective of my property and understood the emotional toll this experience has been on us. We would definitely recommend SERVPRO and this team (Franky and Roly) to anyone needing restoration services.

Francisco, Roly, Estevan, and Luis were great! Very personable, and still professional. They took care of business and addressed any and all concerns that we had concerning the flooding issues we were experiencing.

Our family room ceiling got water leaks from bathroom pipes, our neighbors & friends referred Servpro so Jonathan from Servpro came to inspect our damage right away after our call. He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, giving us lots of great information & tips on what we can do (esp dealing with home insurance). Jonathan also referred Die Hard Plumbing to fix the broken pipes that caused the water leaks. Chris from Die Hard Plumbing found the problems in our pipes & fixed them even with better quality materials, Chris was amazing plumber & so honest & kind.
Zac & couple guys came (after insurance gave us the go ahead) to breakdown the damage area, clean up mold part, & started the drying process. Zac & the crew did a great job, very neat & organized. They were very professional, patient, & accommodating. Zac came back few days after to check on the drying process before reconstruction team can start on. Zac was very personable & sweet.
Per Jonathan referral, we decided to use Servpro construction dept which Hector came to give us all information needed for the reconstruction. After the approval from our insurance, Hector from Servpro (who had submitted all estimate report to our insurance promptly) came with Carlos Alcantara (with couple of his workers) of JMS improvement Co (it’s the company that Servpro uses to do our reconstruction) to reconstruct our ceiling. Carlos from JMS Improvement & his crew were also amazing, finished the reconstruction ahead of schedule & did beautiful job. Carlos is very knowledgeable, great personality, & just amazing.
Hector & Wally from Servpro regularly at our house to make sure reconstruction is going well & that the finished work was done properly.
To sum it up, our experience with Servpro team: Jonathan, Zac, Hector, Wally and crew were super great.
We also appreciate they introduced us to Die Hard Plumbing with Chris a great plumber that went above & beyond, and Carlos from JMS Improvement who did amazing finish of our ceiling. We strongly recommend Servpro team, Die Hard Plumbing, & JMS Improvement, they were all professional, organized, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, & great personalities.
We will be using their services again when needed.

Louis, Zach and John were fantastic! Part of our kitchen had water damage from a leaking roof. They took off a wall cupboard and under counter cupboard, cleaned the damaged walls, set up a dehumidifier and fan and left our kitchen clean and smelling good! They protected our wood floors and area rugs with coverings and were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for the work you may need.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. However, the process from making a claim to reconstruction seems a little slow (especially since we have to stay in a hotel while we wait).

Overall, I am very impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Servpro. The two gentlemen that worked at my house, Frankie and Rolly, were helpful and professional with the water removal mold-remediation .They communicated each part of the process before they started and made every effort to be as least intrusive as possible.

I am extremely happy with the work performed by Zac, Miriam, Davis, Franky and office staff. I received excellent customer service. When I phoned in, Team was sent to my house immediately to assess our situation. Phone calls returned timely, Estimates given quickly, Team arrived to do work on time very very professional, Worked neatly efficiently quickly. I have a Condo that is above the Garage and below my Upstairs Neighbor. The Upstairs Neighbor has a washing machine that malfunctioned, pouring water all over her floor. The water did what water does and started flowing downward, soaking my bathroom walls, making it rain from the exhaust vent, and drenching the ceiling of my garage. It was a mess.

Servpro SCV was contacted, and my journey began. I’m kicking myself for not remembering the name of the nice young lady that helped me over the phone. She deserves as much recognition as everyone that will be mentioned in this review. She got my information and let me know she would get a team out right away to look at what had to be done.

Francisco ‘ Franky’ Moreno came out and started with a visual inspection. It didn’t end there. He pulled out moisture measuring devices to exactly determine the exact moisture level of every affected area, wall, etc. With these measurements he could accurately determine exactly what had to be removed and replaced. Every measurement was carefully documented with photos of the device being held against the wall, baseboard, ceiling, etc. He was extremely thorough.

When Franky was done gathering data he went back to his office to work up an estimate for the Mitigation (demolition and drying). Within just an hour or two I had an estimate that puts Home Inspectors to shame. Amanda Chaflin emailed me the Drying Report and the Water Mitigation Rough Draft. We’re not talking about some notes scrawled on a note pad. These were very detailed documents in pdf format. One was 7 pages and the other was 79! This wasn’t done to overwhelm me. It was done to make sure I knew everything they knew, and what had to be done.

I gave the ‘Green Light’ to start the work. The next day Luis, Estevan, Franky and Roly came out and went to work. Every single part of my walls, ceiling, etc. that needed to be removed was removed…with care and cleanliness. These fellows took extreme care to contain the removed items and such in the area where they were working. We’re talking about a hallway bathroom in the middle of the Condo. How could they possibly keep the debris field in the area they were working? I don’t know. Ask them, because they did. By the end of the day everything was cleaned up and large fans were blowing air to dry what was wet/moist/damp. They even put up a plastic 'door' with a zipper (like a tent) to keep the air flow contained where it needed to be, and not turning the home into a big wind tunnel.

After the Drying was complete (a couple of days), it was time for Stephanie Rodriguez in the Construction Department to have John Werner to step in. Everyone I dealt with at Servpro SCV was great, but John made me feel like I had a personal liaison for the reconstruction. Every single step of the way I knew when the crew would be there, what would be accomplished at that time, what to expect next, and confirmation of completed tasks and the status of what was coming. This man could run the construction of a skyscraper, all the while taking the time to make sure you are happy/satisfied/elated with what he’s doing for you. I can't say enough about him. He kicks rear and takes names.

John wasn’t the one swinging the hammer, so to speak. This is where Hector came in. Hector sent me photos at the end of each day so I could see what was accomplished. I wasn’t on-site, but Hector’s photos and summary texts made me feel like I was. He did an awesome job keeping me in the loop, confirming the vanity that had to be replaced was to my liking, and letting me know what was coming for the next day. Hector and his team completed everything in three days! I was amazed.

Within a short amount of time Servpro SCV handled my water issue and got me right back to where I was…like it never happened.
