I initially contacted Pierce Electric for an estimate to upgrade our main panel and we are considering some backyard improvements. Laura immediately got back to me, and I really appreciate how she didn’t jump to sending someone out but instead asked for photos. Coincidentally, we ended up having an electrical issue so we contacted her and she was able to send someone out that day. Jimmy was prompt and knowledgeable. He understood time is money and tried to root cause our issue as fast as possible. He was able to get us power back that day and then they scheduled a follow up later that week to finish up. He was so cognizant of cleaning up afterwards and despite us not caring that he needed to cut some very small holes in our walls he was very apologetic. Everything with Pierce was professional yet personable. They offer a military discount which we are so appreciative for! We’ve been burned before and are extra cautious now vetting who we hire. Pierce Electric just completed the electrical upgrade of our narrow two-unit townhouse in San Francisco and we could not be happier with the results. The job was made complicated by PG&E's requirement that the new panels and meters be mounted on the facade, but Matt was able to design a path from the new equipment to new subpanels for each unit that met both PG&E's and the city's requirements. The crew -- Jimmy, Andres and Joey -- was a pleasure to work with, arriving on time every day, ready to go and attentive to every detail. They explained what they were doing and patiently answered our many questions. Laura skillfully navigated challenging supply chain issues and permitting, while keeping the project on track and moving forward. From the first phone call to the final handshake, we knew we were in good hands.

Matt arrived, listened to what we needed, let us know his professional recommendations, and we received a quote that was easy to understand. The work was completed very timely, Jimmy & his crew were clean, kept me informed every step of the way of what they were doing when, and were able to keep me up and working from home with very minimal downtime. Had GFI trouble in the bathrooms this AM. Called Laura for service and they were able to free up Joe Mason to trouble shoot and fix our problem which ended up being a old out door plug that got wet. Thanks Guy's!

Laura from Pierce Electric was prompt and polite, finding us an electrician within hours of my initial call. She sent Andres Cruz to the rescue, and he proceeded to track down a tripped breaker, which can be an arduous task in the best of times, not the least bit bothered with my assistance. Andres was efficient and effective, finally locating a short in an outside light as the culprit. Doing it on my own would likely have required multiple hours tracking down the short, so it was worth every penny to have Andres' assistance getting it solved in the least amount of time. Highly recommend Pierce Electric here in Benicia, and wouldn't hesitate calling them again or recommending their services.

I called Pierce Electric at 10:30 am this morning to get my mother-law's stove with a 50 amp. stove 4 plug receptacle with grounding wire installed in an emergency. I explained that my mother-in-law was a senior citizen and was very concerned about not having her stove for cooking now and before Thanksgiving. I was given a window of 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. At approximately 1:45 pm we received a knock at the door, and it was Andres the Pierce Electric technician. That's all it took and the receptacle was installed quickly, and professionally, which put my mother-in-law at ease. The troubleshooting and evaluation of what needed to be done was quick and efficient by Andres, and the communication from Laura was exceptional. How you do small things with care, often shows how you pay attention and care about the big things. My hats off to a business that is run right in this day and age!
