Professional and proficient!

Absolute horrible experience.

The cleaner stole from our house. Management literally told me a contradicting store with pictures showing the item being there and then showing it not being there. There option give us half the money for what the item is worth or take $100 off our next cleaning with him.. WHY WOULD I BOOK AGAIN WHEN THE PERSON HIRED STOLE?!?!

I am moving out of my apartment. I believed some of the stains would never come out the tile and that I would lose part of my deposit. However, they removed every stain and left the place looking brand new.

They were fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. They even cleaned areas and items I didn’t notice or mention to them, which really showed their attention to detail. I was more than impressed with the quality of their work.

Even speaking with the person who booked the cleaning made me feel calm and confident that everything would be taken care of without me having to worry. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I will definitely hire them again, especially when I move into my new place so they can clean it before I move in. Thank you, Maids 2 Sparkle!

The cleaner was amazing and did a great job. I really appreciate the work they did and how much it took off our shoulders, especially with move-out cleaning. The customer service was great too. Booking was easy, they were very responsive, and I really appreciated being able to communicate through text. That made everything so much more convenient, especially with the fast-paced urban life. I would give it a 5. She was great, very thorough, and down to earth. She didn't get too comfortable but was at ease and established a good working dynamic and dialogue regarding the ongoing needs of the cleaning process. I would love to have her again.

Honestly, I’m really glad I decided to try Maids 2 Sparkle. The team was super nice and did a really solid job cleaning my place. They even noticed little things I usually miss, like dust on my blinds and under the couch. My whole apartment feels so much better now.

Not only was her cleaning top notch, but she was also so warm and friendly our conversations made me feel completely comfortable having her in my home.
