Robin absolutely tore up my yard, got rocks all in my pool and filters, cut my landscape light lines, irrigation lines etc. Left it a mess and expected to get paid!! I had to replaster my pool due to the damage of the rocks, hire an electrician to fix my landscape lights and also repair irrigation lines. He filed a judgement against me because the $1100 I owed him was well out weighed by the over $8000 in damage he caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SEE THE PHOTOS

Reliable, reasonable, excellent work and communication. We are in the Malibu burn out area and had a damaged sycamore, two burned redwoods, and 5 singed palm trees. Robin removed the damaged and burned trees, cut them and stacked them for firewood and cleaned up and trimmed the palm trees. He’s a very hard worker and does everything with a smile. Totally reliable and professional.

In June Robin forgot to trim one of the 2 bigger trees we discussed. He said he’d only come back to finish when he was in the area (near Highland Park, 22 min from his business address)…. and it would have to be in November…. 5 months later. Laughable. He was unprofessional and never finished the job. Go with Tree Care LA instead.

Robin took the job that no one else wanted at a price much lower then 2 other estimates! It was a very tough location to cut down a large eucalyptus tree, he did a awesome job and got it done in 1 day which was amazing, he cleaned up everything so good that you couldnt tell a tree was cut down. Great guy GREAT JOB i highly recommend Pro Cut!!!

Requested that a few large ficus trees be removed that grew over the fence line onto our property. Our neighbor originally scheduled for trimming the tree but per request he agreed to cut it down. Right Way had already completed the original job the neighbor scheduled for on a very hot day. I saw them cleaning up debris the next day and asked the neighbor if they could cut the tree down since it would just grow back and the issue would recur with overgrowth over the fence. Neighbor agreed and Right Way was able to fit the work into their schedule and do the work that day on short notice. Good communication and fast service.

Robin did a big job for us. The trees look beautiful. They hadn’t been trimmed in 10 years. He was on time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up nicely. We will always call him back. We manage 30 apartment buildings. He’s great to work with.

Robin is a pro! Not only is he one of the hardest working people we've met, but he truly went above and beyond. We had him cut 10 dying Italian Cypress down, and clean up a 40 foot palm. There was a garage and a neighboring house right in striking distance, but Robin calmly and cooly dropped each tree effortlessly and quickly.

You know the old saying "Good, Fast, Cheap. You can only pick 2"? These guys are the exception to that rule. Robin was easy to communicate with, and super professional. His team showed up early, and got right to work. They removed a tall palm, trimmed another, and beautifully pruned a huge (40') ficus hedge that was completely out of control. I expected it to take all day, but these guys had it done by lunchtime. And, the price was completely reasonable. Will absolutely do business with them again.

Robin and his incredible crew did a fantastic job trimming our huge mulberry tree, which needed major work. The whole process was so smooth, from the first meeting with Robin to the job itself.
