I had my two burners on my BBQ/Grill that stopped igniting, I am a type of guy that likes to do it myself, however not on my Viking appliance since its not my expertise. Initially I called Viking directly to see if I had warranty on my Grill, they said I was out of warranty but please contact our Platinum Service Company Airflo. I went online to read the reviews on this company too assure I will be in good hands, its an expensive unit I have. Come to find out the only few bad reviews I saw was about the credit card information the company request before setting up an appointment. I am surprised some people had a problem with this due to the fact that it has become a normal business practice for a lot of business's. To be honest I had to give my credit card information to my Barber when I booked my appointment, so this was not something unusual to me. The rest of the reviews mad me feel confident in making my decision to go with this company. I was not skeptical to schedule my appointment, I had a very pleasant visit by Yuriy who was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend this company without any doubt.
