Vilyam was able to come by pretty soon after getting in touch. Our water heater was not functioning properly and wasn’t 💯% if we needed an electrician or a plumber.

Got the run-around after a couple other different electricians and a plumber came by. One of the other electricians that quoted me gave an amount that my gut was telling me not to follow through with.

FORTUNATELY, asked Vilyam to come by, gave him the info I knew and he looked at a few additional things that the other electricians didn’t look at, quoted me a FANTASTIC and fair price (I didn’t feel like I was being scammed), and replaced my breaker to be extra sure.

Also, was very professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and showed up earlier than planned!

Will be reaching out to Vilyam in the future, if needed. Oh! And he has a plumber that he loves in case you need a plumber. I’ve never used his plumber but good people tend to stick together, so, I’d reach out to him for a plumber referral also 😁

We called for them to install 2 new outlets for our new smart toilets. They were available that afternoon and did the first job, and we determined that the second wasn't necessary, so we paid half the original quote. They were careful and kept the work area clean. I'd use them again.

I was blown away with the customer service. The technician came out when it was convenient for me. I wasn’t ready with everything he needed the Tesla charger. He was able to hook up the J box and after the charger arrived he came out Immediately. Great honest workers.

Worked with Vilyam absolutely professional and a pleasure. Called to get a quote, was punctual, nice, answered all my questions, and even open to my ideas. Setting the job was hassle free and again when he showed up to do the job punctual, nice, and did a VERY clean job. I'm very happy with the work he did and will hopefully be working with him again soon.

William was super flexible with timing and was able to come on short notice to install a ton of light switches over the holiday. He was extremely fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. We also had a non-functioning outlet which he was able to diagnose and replace within minutes. I also appreciate how he answered follow up questions by text. Highly recommend.

Excellent electrical service. Replaced a 60 amp panel with a 200amp, which probably saved me from many future power outages. Vilyam pointed out potential fire hazards and with his small crew, fixed everything in one day. His crew were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and efficient. Fast, accurate, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. That's what I experienced. Had a Tesla Univeral Wall Connector installed upon recommendation from electrician to overcome overheating mobile charger we were using. Better charger with more amps solved the issue. Upgraded to 60 am breaker helps us safely charge car at max 48 amp rate. Highly recommend this electrical company!

I had just purchased a new EV and Level 2 charger but the 220v receptacle I had was a NEMA 6-50 but needed a NEMA 14-50 to plug in my charger. I found HD Electric here on yelp, called and spoke to William who was very professional and knowledgeable. My schedule is very crazy and William worked around my schedule to make it happen. William was punctual, got to my house on time, communicated with me throughout the whole process. Pricing was as promised no additional fee or up-sell (we ended up hard wiring the charger) , he even found mistakes previous electrician made and fixed those at no cost. So happy I came across HD Electric and William, I'll be referring all my friends and family to him and he's the only I'll be calling for any future electrical projects!

I needed to upgrade our old 100 amp electrical panel to a new 200 amp panel and also have an EV charger installed. Vilyam from HD Electric came to our house to give us a quote. He was very professional and explained the whole process to me in great detail. The quoted amount was a very reasonable price and he said that he would take care of the whole process from A to Z. I decided to go with him over other companies and I sure am glad that I did. He made good on his promises and every step of the process was taken care of by him in a timely and professional manner. He always kept me updated and was always available to answer any questions. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will call him again for any future electrical needs.

HD Electric did a fantastic job relocating my house's meter and panel to bring the power from the pole directly to the side of the house instead of across the lot. The work was done quickly, as promised, and passed all inspections. I appreciated the accuracy of their estimate and the value of their work -- I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I have experienced bad electricians and good electricians, Logic, Ed specifically proved to be an outstanding electrician! Not only was he knowledgeable about several of my recently purchased home (electric) issues, but was also an expert in audio as well. My main panel had several problems that could have caused a fire, but what triggered great concern was the house riser from the main panel. If you don't know the Riser provides the connection to City power, and separated from the roof seat where it was attached. Looking more like the leaning Tower of Pisa toward the end, the Riser pulled away from the house by the cabling from the City power source, only secured by one lag bolt. If it had actually broken away, it could have easily pulled the entire panel from the house, caused a fire. If it did break free, it could have also landed in the backyard of neighbors, again possibly causing a fire. Ed and his GREAT crew recognized the seriousness of the situation and changed his schedule to immediately address the matter. Team Logic were confident and professional completing the job to perfection, this also substantiated by a city inspector. I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for Logic and would highly recommend them for anything related to electrical concerns.
