When i tell u i was in shock… They look SO amazing!!! i never thought these carpet stains would have came off i even thought about changing the carpet. The cat Urine smell is even gone thank God! And it only took about 25-30 minutes for my room. I’m so so happy with the outcome of my room and am forsure Getting my carpets done every 6 months by Alen Now!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Diego was absolutely the best and so fast! He was a solo machine of a cleaner and I would highly recommend him and Eco Friendly to any one. I also called early in the morning and they sent someone out within 3 hours. Please go to them for any needs regarding carpets or couches or even grout.

Alen and Lucas were wonderful! I was able to make an appointment same day for them to come out and clean our rug and very dirty sofa. They did a great job, and were very friendly, communicative and pleasant to work with. They gave me a great price and I look forward to using their services in the future.

These guys did a wonderful job. The entire process was smooth & they were very helpful from the beginning to the end. Tony was super helpful explaining the process and the fact that they were able to get me in the next day or even same day if I was available was amazing. Thomas who cleaned my carpet was incredible and gave me recommendations and made sure I was satisfied. Truly the best customer service I have ever dealt with and they were beyond friendly and I trusted them in my home with my animals. The technician Mr. Lopez today did a very excellent job of cleaning my area rug. His great skill, thorough understanding, and detailed explanation of the steps needed to clean the dirty rug (which included odor issue from my dog) made it look and smell like a new rug.
