We're extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. They showed up to install a new thermostat, which we already had working, and offered to upgrade it. The installation process was supposed to be straightforward. However, they quoted an exorbitant price for the new device - $430 - and another $200 just to replace our existing thermostat. When we asked for clarification on these inflated costs, our concerns were dismissed without any explanation. We ended up paying a $70 "fee" before being told about the steep prices. This experience has left us suspicious that it might be a scam.
