After frequenting this store for years, I was caught off guard when suddenly informed that I required a license to make a purchase. It's no surprise that many physical establishments are struggling - the added hurdle seems unnecessary.

Terrible experience with this company. They completely disregarded my patience, treating me as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The goal seemed to be to provide a scripted response that would satisfy them, not address my concerns genuinely.

Management seems disorganized and clearly unhappy with this supply store.
