Hakob is awesome guy, highly recommend to everyone...the work they did was impeccable

$180 for a $20 part and 10 minutes of labor. Extreme plumbing is extremely overpriced.

Don’t use this company. They never answer the phone and I had to do all the follow up. My insurance didn’t cover my plumbing part and I left several messages to see how much it would be out of pocket. They never returned my call. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else if you want timely call backs and follow up.

Had a leak at a property, at 5 pm. I called 15 other plumbers and no one could make it. Extreme plumbing was fast, on time and really nice! Wil definitely call again!

I recently hired Extreme Plumbing and Rooter to replace a 1” brass ball valve on my water main, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

Yoni, who works for Abraham, came over and was able to troubleshoot and fix our kitchen sink surprisingly quickly. We’ve used Extreme Plumbing before when we had to find the main sewer line from our house. We’ve been delighted with their service, and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Extreme Plumber and rooter couple of days ago when I had a leak in my kitchen, they responded quickly and professionally and fixed the leak with a reasonable price. I Am extremely happy with their service . I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I could not speak more highly of my experience so far with this company. We have had a plumber named Coco come out three times and his work has been , excellent. He explained everything and the cost was absolutely reasonable for all the jobs. Yesterday, when we had a problem, some other plumbers from the company came out. They did fine but I was unhappy that we did not have Coco and I called Abe, the owner. Not only did I reach him immediately but he had Coco call and he later, Coco came over, on his own dime, checked the work of the other plumbers and looked at some other issues.

Called them Friday afternoon to arrange an estimate for a non emergency plumbing project. They made an appointment with me for "tomorrow 9 or 10" I specified 10, and confirmed 3 times.
The next morning, I waited from 9:50 - 11:15 before giving up and moving on with my day.
Mind you, my house is less than 500ft away from them.
I can walk to them and knock on their door in less time than it took to write this sentence.
Why make an appointment and fail to keep it?
Why fail to keep your appointment and not call?
I watched one of their plumbers climb into a van and drive away at 11. It's not like they didn't have anyone around.

Update:
They showed up on Monday at 10a, after I had worked a graveyard shift and gotten to bed at 7a.
The plumbers who showed up were professional and thorough. They gave me a good price, and completed the job quickly and well.
Overall, I would absolutely use them again, I would just be very certain and clear about scheduling. 4 stars.

Our hot water heater wasn't working (leaking / pilot light went out) so we called Extreme Plumbing and Rooter Inc. to schedule an appt. Hakob and Setrak were able to come out the next day despite the terrible weather. They were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and took the time to actually show me the source of the issue and laid out what my options were. Ultimately, we ended up needing to get a new hot water heater. I never felt like I was being pressured into getting something I didn't need or being talked down to. They took the time to discuss our options and got me a couple quotes for both a gas tank and gas tankless option. We decided to stick with the tank. They were able to have a new one brought over and installed all in the same day!! I should probably also mention that my hot water heater is on the second floor in a tiny closet, so they were working with a really tiny space. Hakob and Setrak were very considerate of leaving my place as they found it (despite having to make several trips back into the rain). I would definitely use their services again. Thanks, guys!!

Quick and timely service of my garbage disposal by Vic from Extreme Plumbing. They have been servicing our condo building for years so I called thinking I needed a replacement. Vic informed me that it was fixable saving me hundreds of dollars.

I would like to share my personal experience regarding this plumbing company. We found them on google and called them the same day. They had the flexibility to get a technician to our home within 2 hours from the time we called on 04/10/20. Our technician was Mike. He was very professional and thorough. I really appreciate the fact that he did not trying to pressure us doing more than what we called for. The price was high but the quality of the work was good and clean (nothing sloppy). We are satisfied with the work and Quality that was given to us.

GREAT!!!!!!! Honest !!!!!! I had an issue with my washing machine drain and another company came out and told me that my pipe underground was cracked or broken and wanted to charge me $12,000. Extreme plumbing came out and did a simple Hydro chat and told me that it was done there was no crack or any issues in my pipe, and you can imagine my relief, and I was extremely grateful for the service and honesty.

Weve used Extreme Plumbing and Rooter for all our apartments and personal home for years .Not only do we find the service professional, clean, and courteous, but you could tell they actually care about getting things solved, WITHOUT simply trying to upsell me unnecessary services. Thank you for all you have done for us throughout the years ! Call them don’t waste your time elsewhere .

Extreme Plumbing has been incredibly helpful for us. We had an ADU conversion and they got us through permitting with zero issues which was a huge relief. A previous plumber had not done a good job.
I really recommend Abe and his team! Yoni was great onsite.

Needed emergency work done on a Sunday. Hakob showed up on time and was very respectful. He explained what needed to be done and cost beforehand when I agreed he proceeded to do the job. He definitely knew what he was doing and very professional and cleaned up well after the job was done. Highly satisfied customer and will definitely use them again if a need arises in the future.

I had a serious stoppage in my shower & found out there was a broken pipe underneath the house. Extreme Plumbing came to the rescue & made the necessary repairs.They were on time & very professional. I highly recommend their services. Thank you so much! Ask for ABE, he's the best!!
