We had a hose leaking that led to our refrigerator and not only did Ean come on a Saturday morning at 6am to help stop the leak, but both Ean and Marc came and fixed the leak the following day -- in a way that will prevent future leaks (sadly, unlike the last plumber). They checked out our entire plumbing system and gave us a no-pressure report on what else we might want to consider. They are a breath of fresh air in a category where it can be challenging to know if you've received the best service. I'm incredibly grateful we found Make It Drain / Ean & Marc!

My kitchen and bathroom sinks were draining slow, and now they are not!

Ean and Marc are fantastic plumbers who really know their craft. I contacted several plumbers before they came to give me an estimate. When they arrived they assessed my situation as the other plumbers did. However once they checked my main waterline pressure they knew the problem. It needed to be replaced in which I knew too. What made me hire these professionals is that they also checked the water pressure of my neighbors and knew we all have issues but mine was worse than all because i'm 350 feet from the meter. The price charged was beyond fair. I had them do the work and i'm very happy I chose them for my plumbing needs. If you have any plumbing needs and you don't call them first you will be sorry. The most impressive part was their work and I didn't have to pay any fees up front for them to start my job they trusted me and I trusted them they wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I paid for the work. When they finished i was more than happy to pay them for a job well done. Make it Drain !!!!!! Make it Drain.

Mark and Ean are awesome. After getting stood up /no showed by two other companies, I tried contacting these guys. They showed up on time and fixed my leaking toilet. I also had a problem with two of my shower drains so i made another appointment for them to come back for a bigger job. They not only came back and fixed it, but when one of the new components wasn't working correctly (defective product) they came back to replace it without giving me any excuses or BS. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, BUT they actually showed up when i needed them and they stood by their work. Sometimes you get really get what you pay for. They were also the only team that came by that took the time to diagnose the bigger problem and offer to run a camera through my lines to try address the big underlying issue... which ended up being city tree roots invading my line out - clogging my drainage. They even showed me the live video footage! Thanks guys!

Marc was prompt, explained the process, and completed the work quickly. Great communication and amazing work. Will be my calling Marc for sure next time I have a plumbing need.

The pressure valve on my water heater was leaking and after replacing it myself, it still continued to leak so I knew we had to call in some professionals.

My wife called Make It Drain on Monday night and they were able to come out on Tuesday morning at 7:15. They diagnosed the issue to be my pressure regulator on the main line and they were able to fix it quickly within the hour.

They were on time, worked efficiently, friendly and fairly priced. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future but if I do, I will make sure to contact Ean and Marc. Thanks guys!

My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything. It was a painless process, done quickly and professionally. I will call them anytime I have plumbing needs!

Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements.

We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up.

We will be calling Marc and Ean for all of our future plumbing needs. This was a big job and I’ve never felt more confident in hired contracts. They are excellent to work with!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Make it Drain (not to be confused with that "other" company) are the true OGs.

What initially started off as a small job (replacing two toilets) turned into a much bigger job. Our cast iron pipes were in such bad shape, and so was our sewer line. Marc highly recommended that we replace them ASAP, but did not once pressure me. He thoroughly explained the risks involved if I left it alone, and although I was not planning to spend more $$$, it wasn't something I could ignore.

Marc and Ean are professional, yet personable, and we trust them 100%. Whether it was over the phone, a text, or in person, communication was always clear. They were always on time, tidy, and even did a few extra things that they were not obligated to do. Lastly, their pricing is more than fair. They're not out here to nickel and dime folks--they really believe in doing good work the first time, and it shows.

What a great experience, fast and clean work. Found the cause of the problems and repaired them.

#1 place for plumbing!! In my opinion you should go there instead of rooter guard pluming. They have great customer service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was given mis information on pricing.
I was quoted a price and when the bill came it was almost triple what I was quoted.
When I contacted the company the person I spoke with was dismissive and condescending.
Before I could complete my complaint he started threatening legal intervention, which I replied was just fine.
It is companies that do business in this manner that make consumers mistrustful of services.
Very poor customer service and management.

The plumber that came to my house was dishonest and looking to charge me to replace two double sink faucets and handles when in actuality I had a leaking gasket. The plumber told me I had an obscure fixture and he couldn’t replace the part. The sink/fixtures are Kohler. The plumber left my home with a piece of my sink handle and will not return it. When I called and asked them to return the part, they refused. Then they insulted me. Beware of this company-they are looking to make extra money and are not honest.

Harry and his team are my first and only go-to for any plumbing needs. Harry is straight forward and trustworthy. I use B&B Plumbing for both professional and personal plumbing issues. There is no up-selling or unnecessary work or charges. A overall great company!
