I've lived next to a Pacific Green Homes construction site for the past year, and the lack of professionalism has been astounding. The workers blast loud music all day, which I can hear inside my home even with doors and windows closed. Despite multiple requests to lower the volume, they have ignored me and even laughed in my face. My landlord has also contacted the site manager, but nothing has changed, indicating the issue starts at the top.

I've walked by many other construction sites in the area, none of which play music—let alone at such excessive volume. Other companies post code of conduct signs that explicitly prohibit music. The stark difference highlights just how unprofessional Pacific Green Homes is. I understand construction is inherently noisy, but the music is unnecessary, inconsiderate, and often louder than the work itself.

If all you care about is getting the job done, Pacific Green Homes might be an option. However, if professionalism, courtesy, and respect for neighbors matter, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Asher and his incredible team were all fantastic from beginning to end of our 3 room remodel this spring! Asher was able to accommodate our needs for expansion, creativity, financial concerns, our pets and especially my health (cancer) . They were able to find a financial package that fit our needs and accomplish what we wanted for the remodel! Their crews were punctual, neat and clean and did wonderful and highly professional work! When we needed questions answered, Asher had a an answer! Change orders were handled and accommodated as possible. For my health, they were extremely helpful with working around the time I needed to recover- even if that meant a delay in our project! The final product is what we wanted and are over the moon happy and satisfied 110%!

We are looking forward to using them again, soon, to further complete the rest of the house! Thank you Pacific Green Homes for our great looking home!

I called Rain Gutter Specialists and the phone staff was great. Guy came out, he was on time and professional. I showed him what I wanted (slightly nonstandard) and he said yes we can do that. His price was very competitive. His crew came a few days later. They did a fantastic job, exactly what I wanted. Very very happy. I do highly recommend them.

We had new rain gutters installed this week by rain gutter specialists. Before we selected rain gutter specialists I did my homework. You get what you pay for as our old gutters were a disaster. Got talked into letting a friend recommend a person who installed rain gutters on the side for a low price. We wanted to make sure this time that the gutters would be installed by a company that does nothing else but rain gutters. Interviewed three other rain gutter companies but chose to go with rain gutter specialists. Oh my gosh! Are we ever glad we did. The quality is simply amazing. Arturo and Jorge came out and did an absolutely superb job. They even made changes and added extra gutters and drain areas. Lots of extra details went into areas we had no idea needed attention. Even changed some of the down spouts for better drainage. The gutters look beautiful on the house and the colors match perfectly. Overall a wonderful hassle free experience. Rain Gutter Specialists are not the cheapest gutter installers around. But their prices are fair and the workmanship is great

Had a great experience with Rain Gutters Specialists. Their initial consultation was easy to schedule, quick, and professional but most importantly, they were friendly. They even gave us time to shop around for tother quotes because they were so confident with their pricing.

Throughout the entire process, they were more than happy to work with me to incorporate changes I wanted to make to the project. On the day of the install, I received a text that the team was on the way, and they showed up right on time.

I had Rain Gutter Specialists put gutters on the back section of our house after the older gutters got ripped off the house due to a combination of high-winds (Porter Ranch) and dry-rot in the wood it was attached to.

Not only did they come in and get the job done quickly and cleanly, they added in two downspouts where there were originally only one and corrected one of the downspouts to the lowest point on the gutter instead of the highest point like it was when we bought the house. (Not sure why it was like that originally)

Everything was done and installed in half a day using really nice material. We confirmed everything was flowing correctly and not pooling water anywhere with our first rainstorm. When the winds started up like they always do in the wintertime we did have some rattling and vibration that sounded like someone was playing a didgeridoo all night long. Super hard to sleep. We called them back and they returned to service and correct the issue under warrantee, no questions asked. Everything is silent now even during the strong winds.

So glad I can support local companies and so glad the local companies provide a quality product with quality service, standing by their installation and correcting the work when minor adjustments and improvements needed to be made.

These folks put my gutters in in 2019 and they a beautiful and I show to everyone they really make the house pop. Anyway they had to come do some retrofits due to some construction and its perfect! Pro Crews, fast friendly. My only issues is the seams on the corners start leaking after a few years as the silicone drys out in those hot summers. I repaired my self.

We all know that the home improvement industry is filled with a variety of talent, questionable customer service and unreliable service. This team really breaks the mold. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time my rain gutters were installed, it has only been a positive experience. I was even surprised when I called into the office and they remembered my name.

I read many of their reviews prior to working with them and I did see a few people mention that the price was higher than some of the other businesses out there. They are not wrong with this but I would gladly pay this price because it came with highly talented staff, the product was very high quality, and I know that I can always call back for any assistance. Not all companies can provide this.
