Great experience, carpets look amazing.

I waited way too long to do this. The carpet looks ten years younger now.

Used them for my apartment carpets before moving out. Got my full deposit back, and the landlord even asked who I used.

It’s rare to find a service where everything just clicks—on-time arrival, courteous, efficient, and really clean carpet afterward.

As soon as they were done, I noticed how clean and bright everything looked. Told my sister to book them the same day.

I needed last-minute cleaning, and they responded quickly. The service was excellent! They didn’t cut corners, even with the short notice. I’m thoroughly impressed.

I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. The team ensured my carpets were cleaned thoroughly without damaging them.

Called and booked in a service, was given an approximate quote on the phone. I was given a 2 hour window and no one showed up, after calling the company 4 times I was told they would be attending 6 hours later. Finally someone arrived, he then tried to tell me he would only give me the upgraded service increasing the price. He then tried to triple to price from what was quoted on the phone, when I told him this was not the first time we had this job done and we know how much it costs he proceeded to lower the price to still around double what it costs. At this point I kindly declined and asked them to leave, he then lowered the price again to match what I had been charged before. Unfortunately the damage was done .

I called the company to let them know one of their technicians was ramping up the prices and trying to trick people but the lady on the phone also seemed very versed in this conversation and overall attitude seemed like she was aware of the situation.

Do yourself a favour do some more research and fine an honest company.

Pretty bad experience, I had them scheduled, they had a miscommunication internally and showed up an hour after the two hour scheduled window. No one reached out, I had to contact them to see where they were and what the status was.

They also charged me double what the original quote was despite me telling the person on the phone the size and condition of the carpet. Based on previous reviews, it seemed like they honored their prices, but they do not.

I told him I wanted the regular general cleaning, not what he was trying to up charge me, but he wasn’t going to do it because he said hot water wasn’t good for his machine so he has to charge more for it. Apparently regular cleaning only includes cold water - no soap, so he charged double the original price to use soap and hot water.

I would not recommend and would not hire them again as a service. I wish there was better communication and more transparency on their services. The person on the phone also said they accept credit card, but when he finished cleaning, he said he doesn’t accept. Thankfully he accepted Zelle because I didn’t have cash on me.

The carpets were cleaned well, but the overall experience was very poor.

I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive business practices I experienced with Angel Carpet Cleaning. I booked a move-out clean through them 4 months ago, and it was a "bait and switch" from start to finish.

The Pricing Scam: Initially, Angel quoted me $80 over the phone. When the third-party cleaners they hired arrived, they recommended a service for $100, which I agreed to. However, once the job was completed, the cleaner suddenly demanded $400, claiming a "language barrier" was the reason for the 300% price increase.

The Lack of Accountability: I stood my ground and paid the $100 we had agreed upon, but the aftermath was even worse. Because I needed a receipt for my apartment move-out requirements, I contacted Angel repeatedly. Their handling of the situation was incredibly unprofessional:

They claimed they were "helping" to get the receipt from the third party but never followed through.

They refused to provide the contact information of the actual cleaning company so I could resolve the issue myself.

They eventually told me they "did not have a customer service department" to handle these types of issues.

When I continued to follow up, they simply started hanging up on me.

While the carpet work itself was fine, the management is dishonest and hides behind third-party contractors to avoid accountability. Avoid this company at all costs if you value honesty or need professional records.
