Creative Roofing Solutions for the win! I've had a lot of roofing problems, especially, because I live in a area with high winds and hot and cold weather. After getting a bid from Creative Roofing Solutions that seemed more fair and detailed then competing bids, we hired them to reset the tiles on our clay roof, repair damaged wood, and replace the old underlayment . Salvador and his crew were very thorough, sometimes so thorough that I was afraid the project was getting out of control. Protective flashing was installed where none existed before. In the end, I realized that they were striving to do the job right and not cut any corners. I'm happy with the results. The crew always cleaned up any debris at the end of every work day and, surprisingly, did not damage any of the landscape. Communication with the project manager was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Roofing Solutions to anyone needing roof repairs.

Jon Johnson and his team really crushed it. I had a frustrating, recurring leak over multiple years that kept requiring repairs every season. He and Tigran came out and dissected the multiple spots needing repair and did it all in between breaks in the rain. The whole time they were kind and considerate of my tenant and I never got a complaint. My stress was minimal because of the clear communication they had with all parties. Here we are a year later after some big rains and everything is great! CR Solutions is attentive to detail and accountable for their work. As a business owner myself, I can really appreciate how they address all aspects of the project and take professional pride in what they do. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Jon and his team!

I can't say enough good things about creative roofing solutions. I bought a fixer upper and replaced my 30+ year old tile roof. On my end the job was complicated because I asked them to move kitchen vents, at a vent for a new bathroom, replace an old skylight, and add decorative tiles to the parapet walls and the tired looking garage. I was also getting solar and the electrical upgrade I needed took a year.

Through all of it they were super nice and accommodating. The roofer was top notch and did a beautiful job. When I got the solar installed a year later they came back and finished the decorative part of the roofing around the solar panels. The garage is totally transformed. Plus they were reasonably priced and Jon in the office is kind and was committed to me being 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Amazing experience from start to finish!

I am getting solar and they would not install since my roof was not in the best condition. The quote I got was the best price for the amount of good reviews they had. Jon is very responsive, did not make (too much) fun of my silly questions, and overall great to work with.

They were very up front with the cost and what additional costs might be incurred during the job. That is scary to hear, but they did not find too many areas of concern and only had to replace a few pieces. It was communicated and I agreed upon it before they did any additional work or added any cost. They were too nice and did not even ask me to move my vehicles (I did before their scheduled arrival, which they were on time for).

They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were respectful of the property. Nothing was damaged and they cleaned before leaving each day. There was a bit of misunderstanding that Salvador did not know he was supposed to do the small section attached to the house as well, but they happily came out again a few days later. This just makes me feel that much more comfortable that they would be responsive if there are any other issues I may encounter in the future.

Only time will tell how well it will hold up. However, it seems like quality work and I am a happy camper with the great looking new roof. I will not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone! Thanks again!

I’ve had many contractors come by within the past few years working on my house, and this company by far was the most respectful & professional company I’ve hired. My roof was in horrible condition, multiple roofing layers, and these guys kicked butt and knocked it out of the park.
They repaired damaged wood my house had, cleaned up after each day they worked.
They even helped steer me in the right direction to help with my solar panels re-installation which was a huge help.
Joel, Kyle and their workers made it an easy and amazing experience.
I wish I can give them 10 stars.

Ranch hands are the BEST. I love Bill and Daniel. They were so professional and really did beautiful work. They turned my home completely around. They were so patient and prices are quite reasonable compared to others. I like that they aren't gimmicky sales people and just listened to what I wanted and delivered on it. I am saving up to have them reno my kitchen. I would pick these folks and wholeheartedly support their cause. ❤️

Addendum: They also completed my dream kitchen in spring of 2023. I would say just be very clear up front about what you want and the costs knowing there will often be surprising costs with any reno. Communication at this level with Jean Claude had some hiccups but that is expected at times too.

Daniel was the one with boots on the ground and yet again took what was in my head as a dream and put it into reality. He is a very talented artist and an amazing person. I would only have him on any future renovations being as he was involved in my entire home reno and it is his artistry that Im really 5 starring. I am so grateful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
