General Contractor reviews in Ventura, California

Walter and his crew removed and replace a wood fence. They were professional and listen to what we wanted done. Walter responded to text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. He was honest and competitively priced and we were very happy with the work he and his crew did.

There were a couple of projects that needed to be done on our property, and we got lucky when a professional on another job suggested that we contact Walter at Coastline Construction Company for these specific tasks. Walter got things organized quickly and got Hector and Roberto right to work. The guys showed up punctually and did excellent work: they paid attention to the details and took care of them. They were conscientious about cleaning up, too. We were very pleased with the results.

Thanks to Coastline Construction and its crew we were able to upgrade the bathroom to fit our specific needs. The Crew was always on time who worked diligently and cleaned up at end of day. We are happily enjoying the new look.

I have been using Walter on many rental properties and my own personal homes for the past 6 years. He has always been responsive, professional and courteous. Walters work has been exceptional. Any issues Walter always will make it right! Defiantly someone to work with.

Walter and his crew are top notch. He thoroughly explained the steps ahead of time and even gave suggestions I didn’t think of making my bathroom look even better. 10/10 - Would recommend to anyone looking for construction services/remodels. Timely, professional job and will absolutely hire him again.

I couldn't be more thrilled to recommend Coastline Construction after they transformed our bathroom into a dream space. Walter and his team exceeded expectations, expertly navigating our unique design constraints to make our vision a reality, all within a restricted footprint.

What impressed us most was their ability to respect and incorporate the charm of our 1930's era home into the bathroom redesign. Their insightful advice and creative ideas not only enhanced our original vision but made it even better.

Walter was remarkably flexible and attentive throughout the project. He provided prompt solutions whenever a challenge arose and kept us informed every step of the way, which made us feel involved and reassured.

Our realtor referred us to Coastline Construction. Walter was very professional, and helped us solve a deck issue we needed to rectify before listing our house. The work was done on time, the result was beautiful and the clean up was thorough. We would recommend Coastline, Walter and his crew without hesitation.

Walter and his team are truly amazing! His work is very good and his prices are more than fair. But mostly, it's his honesty and integrity when it comes to pricing and his work that is unbeatable and not seen often with contractors. I can't recommend Walter and his team highly enough to anybody that may be interested in using his services. He truly stands behind his work.

Walter and his crew were awesome for our 2 bedroom remodel. They are skilled and creative in all of the key trades-, structural, electrical, tile, all of it. And they are very transparent and open with quoting, are flexible to consider your ideas and thoughts along the way. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Walter and the entire team at Coastline Construction, for making our dream home a reality!

I hired Walter to do a bathroom remodel on a downstairs Master Bedroom. I was immediately impressed by his promptness at our first meeting to inspect the premises and getting me an estimate. Once we set the commencement date, Walter and his crew were there on time and efficiently and quickly got through the demolition phase. The crew then immediately started on the restoration with no gaps in time between each phase of the process. The quality of workmanship was excellent throughout the process and Walter was in touch on an almost daily basis to keep me apprised of each step. When I decided to make some changes in the original plan and expand the project, I was provided a reasonable estimate for the cost overrun and the changes were made the next day. All in all, the end result was a beautiful new bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower, tiled floor and quality accessories. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Coastline Construction for their A+ service, quality of work and excellent communication through the project.

Professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean, with excellent attention to detail. We received several bids for our bathroom remodel and Walter was very reasonable helping keep costs under control without any pressure. Highly recommend.

We first worked with Walter because he was able to help us out on a bathroom job after another contractor bailed on us. His guys came through and he treated us fairly when no other contractor would help. One year later, we recently finished a large kitchen and living room remodel with Coastline. Walter worked with our budget and brought us some great contacts and a final result that we are very happy with. He is honest and will always do his best to treat you right!

We used Walter and Coastline Construction to completely remodel our only downstairs bathroom. We had some previous water damage so the majority of the bathroom needed to brought down to studs and rebuilt. They were efficient and able to meet their scheduled timelines that were set before construction began. They were also able to keep a working toilet through the whole process. Walter and his team were great to work with, would use them again and highly recommend them anyone needing a good contractor.

I had Walter from Coastline Construction come out and give me an assessment on a few items. He was fair and honest going over what should be a priority for us. He sent over a couple of his guys to help us out with a washer dryer platform that needed stabilization but also needed a vent going to the exterior of the house. The guys were on it, very sharp, quick and put the effort in making it look great. I will gladly use Coastline for other general contracting work I will need to get done in the future. Big or small projects, the team does it all.

Walter is an outstanding contractor! I have known him for many, many years and he has helped out on several residential and commercial projects over the years. I have found Walter to be honest, clear, and a truly good soul! Highly recommended.

Our home is in need of so many interior updates. Coastline Construction is willing to work within my timeline and budget. Recently had popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with smooth plaster and paint. Then removed layers of old flooring; including linoleum on cement, to place a beautiful new tile floor and baseboards. Currently working on designs idea, textures and budget for our a kitchen remodel next. Walter brings in very professional and efficient workers; pleasure to have someone listen to questions, concerns and find them easy to work with. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend them .
