Writing this review on behalf of my grandmother whose windows are now GORGEOUS!! According to her Nikki and Jay were "fast, efficient, amenable and thorough." They were also very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure both windows and screens were not only clean, but also opened with ease. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Nikki and Paul were great and very responsive.
They spent a lot of time making sure everything we contracted for was done properly.

I had the BEST experience with the Glass Man. My home has a ton of windows and skylights. They gave me a very reasonable quote and got started right away. Nikki and Bryce came to my home and completely put me at ease. They were conscientious and did an impeccable job. Every window is sparking and looks absolutely beautiful. This was our second time using The Glass Man and we are, once again, very satisfied with the job and price. Paul arrived on time and got started right away. He was polite, respectful, and did a great job! Our windows are so clean and clear. I really appreciated how Paul gave me mini updates along the way and wore shoe covers while inside our house (and changed them after going back outside).

Prompt, friendly and efficient. They did an amazing job. The kitchen bay window we couldn’t reach over the landing to clean it, it looks better than we’ve ever seen it, the same with the two large sliders and bedroom windows. Thank you!!!

Nikki did a quick preliminary walk through with me and listened carefully to the all the issues.
They set to work right away and worked diligently for the entire day.
The results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
The most admirable part to this experience was Nikki and Jays insistance that I was happy with the results. We did a final walk through and I pointed out a few spots that needed a tweak and they jumped right on it with positivity and focus.
