Robert did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets. Was on time.
It has been a while since they were cleaned. Stains all gone.
He is a nice guy, even did a bit extra at no charge. An honest company and very reasonable. Would definitely hire again

Very pleased with the entire experience: It was really quick and easy to schedule online; the technician arrived a few minutes early; he took precautions to prevent damage to our walls; and finally, he did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets which look and feel like new. I'm a repeat customer. Robert was in time, efficient and listened to my needs. I challenged him with a loveseat that hadn’t been cleaned in 22 years. Turned out very nice. Thank you. Sometimes smaller companies are much better because they have the ownership mentality. I then had him back recently to do all the carpets.

This company was a pleasure. Robert gave me a quote over the phone. He promised no extra charges, add-ons or fees. He was available in 48 hours, he called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Robert showed up on time and was accommodating and helpful in me having to move my furniture downstairs in order to ensure everything was optimally cleaned. Very fair pricing. Another outfit wanted to charge me double and tried to sell me on services I knew I did not need.

Robert has been great in managing the cleaning at my office. After signing up to have them clean my office weekly on a Sunday I had some personal issues come up and had to request to cut the service back to every other week for a little while. Robert was very understanding and once everything passed I was able to have him resume the weekly cleaning. I love being able to pay online and the service is always great, the office looks good every Monday morning!

Robert did a very nice job of cleaning 3 couches for us. I love that he responded immediately to my request and quoted a price over the phone after some description. About half the price of Stanley Steamer. He communicated with me prior to arriving and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. My couches look great. I would recommend Steamworks.

It took me awhile to figure out which company to use. I was extremely happy with my decision to use Robert and was happy with the outcome of my carpet cleaning. Coming today to clean my area rug!

Absolutely the BEST company ever for carpet cleaning. Robert was on it!! They were punctual and efficient with their time in the home. They made the experience worth it. I have used carpet cleaning services many times before in the area and were not that happy with the experience. However, I was very happy with the service all around with this company. Great professional communication from the get go. They did an AMAZING job on a rental i have and the carpets are very light in color! There were able to get nearly all of the stains out for a reasonable cost and i will be using them in the future. Also, the customer service is top notch and very easy to schedule, pay, communicate, etc...

We were thrilled with Robert. Our problem was in only certain areas where the dog has soiled our rugs. Instead of trying to sell us on cleaning all of the rugs, Robert was advising only the dirty areas be cleaned. He did so, thoroughly, and they look great! He even cleaned a couple of chairs and did not want extra for it, I had to force more money on him! Where these days do you EVER find a contractor like that? If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Robert did a great job on my 3 large area carpets! They were stored in my garage for months and he brought them back to life looking clean and bright! I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
