I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company! They arrived right on time, were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and walk me through multiple options for the repair. I really appreciated the extra ideas and recommendations they offered to make the solution even better long-term.

They were also very clean and respectful of my home—everything was picked up and left spotless when the job was finished. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.

Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

He was very professional, gave me instructions on how to stop leak till he arrived, also gave me other options on how to fix problems and walked me through every step he was doing. Octavio at Secure Plumbing is very professional about his work, he explains in layman’s terms how and why the repair will be completed. Used Secure Plumbing multiple times for rental property and I am completely satisfied.

Replacing sewer pipes throughout a home is a big dirty job. Octavio was the foreman who ran the job for another company. He walked us through each phase so there was no confusion, kept the job site as clean as possible, and kept close to his timeframe even when complications came up. The description of the work needed seemed elaborate but the final installation was excellent. Octavio cares about his clients. He was patient with my questions and options. I am impressed with his good attitude, follow up with how well the new system works, and his reminder on what steps to take to keep the system going while away on trips.
