I suspected we had a small leak in our pipe when I heard a whistling sound. I knew of Octavio from a referral. I called him and he came the next day on time. He detected the leak behind the shower wall. He replaced the piping, fittings and brackets. He is knowledgeable about plumbing systems and solutions. He is honest, diligent, and professional. I will use his services for any future needs or projects. I highly recommend him.

I can always depend on Secure Plumbing Solutions to solve my plumbing problems. This Friday at around 7:30 pm, the controller for my in-house and outside water usage just stopped. No water was available! I called Secure Plumbing Solutions, because I knew Octavio would help even though he usually did not work on Saturday. I was right! He arrived Saturday morning around 8:30 am and quickly replaced the controller. Hurrah!!

Octavio, the owner/operator recently did both the rough and finish plumbing on my garage to ADU conversion. This can be a challenging conversion, but Octavio saw it through and just today we received the Final from the City of San Buenaventura! Secure plumbing did an excellent job on my 12-year-old tankless hot water heater.

Octavio has consistently been an incredible plumber to our family. He is fair and honest and works extremely hard and provides excellent work and customer service. He jetted most of our pipes and just did a Hugh job replacing some old pipes and bringing them up to code. Highly recommend!

Octavio was of great service; will definitely use him again. We had a backed up sink and toilet. He is professional, polite, explained everything with options and made sure everything worked properly. He even cleans up after himself! He is a 5 star person and service, thank you Octavio!

Had a shower drain that was backing up. SPS was able to make it out the same day I emailed them. Respectful of my place and got the job done while explaining exactly what was going on when things got a little more involved.

We were referred to Octavio by a friend, and he was able to fit us in the same day to replace the valves for our washing machine. We had just moved into a new home, and of course, other issues popped up—our kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly, and the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Without hesitation, Octavio offered to take a look in addition to the task he initially came for.

I own multiple rental units and depend on the knowledge and respond time from Octavio. He takes care of the simple items fast with never a need of going to store for parts as he anticipates / understands what is needed for a job. He can plan / execute projects and figure out the plumbing maze in older units. I stop worrying about the issue after I make the call. He communicates well with tenants who make comments to me that he’s trustworthy and wants things done right.
