Scum. They charged my wife $100 to then lie to her about the work that needed to be done on our fridge. They said the repair would be $800, $600 for the part and $200 for labor. I found the actual needed part for $20 and did the swap myself and it's working like new again.

Charged me $100 to then tell me $700 to repair a $650 refrigerator. Crazy times 🤦🏻‍♂️

Awesome place to go for appliance repair parts, the staff was very helpful got my parts quick and I was on my way back to repair my icemaker , all parts were perfect and I am now enjoying ice!!!!

This is the worst company ever do not book with them under no means!!! The operators are rude. They will Schedule your appointment and then call and cancel and when you’re trying to rebook, they’re rude inconsiderate and they will hang up the phone on you do not book with this company

Originally, we called Khanh to fix our dishwasher, but after realizing he also repairs other appliances, we asked him to take a look at our heater and dryer.

Khanh explained what we could do to save money instead of just replacing the appliance. He is very patient, he took his time to find the cause of a problem and explained it to us in terms that we could understand.

Khanh came on time and diagnosed the problem very fast. The issue was related to dishwasher motor. He recommended to compare if fixing make sense or it's worth buying a new dishwasher. Based on the current and new dishwasher price analysis and motor availability/price he recommended to get a new dishwasher. It looked like a reasonable decision in this case. I called Khanh at 10:00 AM on a weekend to fix the washing machine and he was here by 2:00 the same day. He asked about the make and model over the phone to ensure he had the parts when he arrived.
